We called Grandmark to assess and repair some roof damage on our 25 year old home. We contacted several companies for estimates, but ultimately chose Grandmark for their promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, and fair pricing. McKay was the technician assigned to perform our estimate, and he was extremely thorough in his assessment, including detailed pictures of all the areas in need of repair. Once we agreed to the services, everything was done in a very timely manner. We had one small issue with roofing debris left on our front lawn, but even this was handled expediently once the company was notified. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Grandmark again!

Grandmarks was excellent. We wanted a couple of things done - change gutters and remove moss on back patio. McKay came out and identified a few other problems. He gave us a quote to do just the items I wanted done and a different quote to do all the items he recognized. We decided to have all the repairs done. The crew did a great job. They performed the job very well and identified a new minor issue that was not part of the original quote. This was handled with no additional charge. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them.

worked very hard. They processed seriously, from inspection to repairing. After the job has completed. They also tested the results. Also look for protential damages, and futural protection plans. They explained the projects to the customers in details. So that we could understand what kind of problem and why we have that problem.

I chose Grandmark Service Company to install a 2 zone mini split heat pump system. It was a difficult choice but I ultimately chose Grandmark because they were the second lowest price of all the contractors who gave me quotes or estimates and were tied with a much more expensive one for the best warranty. More importantly was how quickly and knowledgeably they answered my questions. I was very reassured to hear that they include surge protectors on every new installation. They installed the system in two days, it works beautifully, and it looks clean. Pretty pleased with my decision.

Grandmark did such a great job walking us through the damages and didn’t pressure us into making a decision right away. The inspection included pictures and videos which made the decision easier. The roofing team was kind, clean and professional!

2nd job with Grandmark. Had a leak in my roof. They got someone out there within the day for an inspection and then got repairs done with in the week. Could’ve been the next day but there was a scheduling issue on my end. The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Hardly knew they were there afterwards. I had pictures of before and after and estimates at the time of inspection. Fantastic company

This was our second time using Grandmark for a roof repair. They were able to fit us in very quickly to beat an upcoming rainstorm. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the crew was courteous and left the work area spotless.

Had a few estimates from other roofing companies and out of them Angel seemed very knowledgeable and sincere about what was needed for my roof and also more reasonable in price as well. Roof began to leak Xmas Eve. We knew getting someone out would be difficult given the holiday. We called one company who said they'd be out Friday am. They never showed, no call, and no answer to our subsequent calls as to why the didn't show up (I'm going to refrain from stating the business name herein as I want to start the new year out positively, but I will definitely tell people who not to go to if asked!). Monday morning we contacted Grandmark Roofing hoping and praying to get someone out as water was leaking into our garage. They said they would come Wednesday to take a look. THEY SHOWED UP! Dave was terrific in explaining everything, provided tons of photos, and even a video. Dave said they'd be out next day to do all the needed repairs---->NEW YEAR'S DAY. I didn't believe it BUT THEY DID! They kept us apprised every step of the way and completed the work in a day, New Year's Day. I couldn't be more impressed or happy. Thank you Grandmark Roofing!

The service contractor Mccay was in contact with me daily, Carmen and staff in office were very easy to speak with , Antonio let me know of every step taken in the project.
The crew that worked on the roof were extraordinary, kind, hard working, efficient and cleaned up after project. I would have never known they were here.
The inspector upon completion committed what a great job they had done.

Grandmark Roofing was very responsive to our request for service! Our original appointment was scheduled for Mon, Jan 5th, but a company representative (Jose) called back, asked for more specifics about our issue, and when he learned that it involved possible water intrusion in our home, he put us on their schedule for that same day (a Saturday). While we need a significant amount of work performed to completely resolve the leak/water intrusion, the onsite technician (Miguel) temporarily stopped the leak, which no doubt saved the integrity of our home during the recent storms. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

The inspector was very thorough and explained in detail where the water was intruding through the roof. He presented everything in videos, and offered us three options depending on price points. We decided to go with the most thorough repairs. Past attempts at repairs on this roof were just patches. We decided for actual repairs and Grandmark came through for us as an honest, competent company and finished their work in one day, meeting all of our expectations. I would enthusiastically refer friends to this company.
