Constraction reviews in Fresno, California

Scheidt Home Inspection is AMAZING!!! Jerrold Scheidt, the home inspector, is an expert. I am a realtor in Fresno county and I always use Scheidt Home inspection for all my properties in escrow. He is very fast and efficient. I usually receive my report the same day as well. I highly recommend Jerrold for any for your home inspections.

Beautiful homes . nice new area . clovis is growing fast.

Katch assisted during a portion of my remodel in 2020. They were very straightforward and even noticed some underlying issues that another company missed. Their diligence saved me thousands in potential future repairs!

We used inspection Pro for a home inspection of a home that we were interested in purchasing. We have experience over the years with multiple home purchases and sales and we wanted to avoid our previous mistakes we have made by using inspectors whom we ultimately realized had not been very thorough. We are happy to say that Allen was very thorough and helpful at explaining his findings and guiding the relative significance of items he identified. He was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. His report was clear and well documented. I strongly recommend his services for anyone who wants a thorough and unvarnished inspection of a residential home.

Absolutely unbelievable service at a very affordable price. They were very upfront that the process would take 6-8 weeks, and because of restrictions because of the pandemic, to please be patient as it could take more time. Well all I can say is my mom's headstone arrived 12 DAYS after placing my order. Shocked in the best possible way. We will be able to place her headstone the same day we have her interred. Thank you so much. This was one of the tasks I was kind of worried about, The Headstone Guys made it effortless.

Nice facility. Teter has an amazing workforce of highly professional engineers and architects.

Amazing work!!

I never post online but with this incredible team I have to. From the very first conversation to the final product we were overwhelmed by the extreme customer service we received and the attention to details and artistry our project received. Thanks to the whole team for their endless hard work and care they gave us. We appreciate them more than they will ever know. Apex is #1! No doubt!

Very good

Allen gave our potential future home a very thorough inspection and was kind enough to take the time to walk us through the house and explain in detail the results. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and the inspection Allen gave the home gave us the confidence to know this is the right home for us. We really appreciate the time and effort he spent on inspecting the home and explaining to us the good things about it as well as what should be fixed. He was very up front and honest which we really appreciated because this is our first home buying experience. We would recommend Allen and his company to anyone who is in the market to purchase a home especially if it is your first home. Thanks Allen!

Was very pleased with my awning replacement! Copied off the old shrunken one with grommets and I made up 90 percent! Hard to do unless you’re good at it! Great people and also have covid practices in place!

From a quick estimate to an even quicker installation, Lopez flooring was professional and quality from start to finish. We had a large job. Over 2300 square feet of demolition and installation. Our job required the removal of tile and carpet. We chose laminate flooring and it took a total of six days from start to finish. We have new floors with trim and molding where necessary in addition to new base boards.

We loved this company so much that we referred friends to them before the job was even finished. We’d definitely work with them again.

Very happy with the work provided. Our backyard looks amazing! High quality, fast, and professional and polite service.

I hired Jose and his crew to do alot of work. I had a courtyard installed, a wood fence, concrete, steel gates and rocks added onto house (replaced the brick) For 8 months they would show up, do work then leave. I emailed, texted, and called for Jose to finish the work. Upon completion I immedietely noticed the steel gates were sagging and rusting, the grout between the rocks on house were coming off, the wall of courtyard was not level, the crew knocked off several areas of paint on my stucco, the back wood fence was installed crooked and the wood was not treated/sealed. Jose asked me for another 2k stating he measured wrong (was not in the contract I signed) I emailed him and stated I will not pay another dime as I now have to hire a contractor to fix all their mistakes. Never, ever again!

Central flooring prices were reasonable and very nice quality. James has something for every budget, and style.
It wasn’t hard to get a few samples of LVP, and carpet samples to take home.... Purchasing our choice was very easy. James had it delivered on a Saturday (even though they are closed). James was available for questions, during which we found out he had other building products such as base boards which we purchased from them. James, and Antonio continually gave us excellent customer service. Our carpet install went well, we installed our LVP, and Everything turned out excellent. We will be using Central Flooring in the future plus would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. To sum it up: Beats big-box stores, Awesome to work with, good in stock materials, free measuring and delivery. Local brick and mortar. James and his team were exceptional to work with.

Justino, from Top Choice Fencing, has an amazing team. The fence and gate are of solid construction. He came highly recommended from a coworker and I have no regrets. If you’re looking for a reasonable price with the highest quality fencing, Top Choice Fencing is the way to go. Although I only had one side of my yard fence replaced, I will use Justino again for the other sides as well as my pool fence. Stay tuned for a review on the pool fence.

The service was excellent, very helpful and friendly. lots to choose from. Very thrilled with my purchase. I definitely recommend them.
