Scott did some electrical work for a smart transfer switch installation and was was very communicative, on time, and did excellent work. I found him to be very honest. Good moral compass. Hard to find in tradesmen.

Incredible service- 2.5 hours, incredibly easy and quick installation of the whole house fan & 2 attic fans. Technicians were great, explained everything super well & answered all our questions!

5 stars don't lie! Only company I called because I didn't want to risk it and wanted the best to just get the job done. My fan had an issue for the first time. I called, no answer and I didn't even leave a message, I was just going to call back but they called me back immediately. Took my information and came out the next day. 2 brothers showed up and knew exactly what to do. I had to get on a call so Husband took care of the payment before I knew it they were done. Hubs left the house and left the fan on, I was on the phone for 2 hours and when I finished, I noticed the fan sounded even better than before. Now I'm hoping hubs paid them well because we may not need them again for a while so I hope they're making more business with these 5 star reviews!

They came out and arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly and were respectful of making excessive noise as I work from home. They double checked if the location of the fan was where we wanted it before making any cuts in the ceiling. They placed tarps under the work area to keep dust and debris from getting all over the floor. Once they finished the installation it looked perfect and there was zero evidence that a fan was just installed.

It was also very nice that the same two individuals that provided the quote were the one's that performed the installation.

Working for HOA Management, it is appreciative that he has been willing to meet with the Board and attend evening Board meetings to answer community questions and discuss options for a Zinsco panel replacement project the community has been working on.

Recently had a whole house fan installed by the Whole House Fan Company and they were awesome! I called around to a few places for quotes, and they were the most affordable, quickest to schedule, and super helpful. They took the time to go over the different types of fans and explained which one would be best for my home. Highly recommend!

This Business Owner and employees have only given the utmost respect on all three occasions that we have called for them for our electrical work needed in our home.
Previously we were calling a different local company believing we had a good thing that company was owner operated it was atleast once a year called back for the same issue.
Finally called Selsor electric the owner and crew of 6 came and inspected our home inside and out and found our breaker burned out and smoking .
They saved our home and our lives.
Very reasonable I will continue calling for their business when needed. Hands down THE BEST .

Very professional work. Took out 20 year old whole house fan. Covered flooring and furniture before starting work. Completely installed in less than two hours. Fan is way quieter than old fan. I would definitely recommend them.

We just bought an older house and Scott has been great to work with. The cost was very reasonable and much less that we expected (and feared). He was prompt and really did a wonderful job. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They replaced my old electrical panel, which was required by the HOA. They did a great job. They even found a panel box that fit the odd sized opening so we did not have to do any extra hole repairs etc. It passed inspection no problem. Very happy.

Amazing company! Replaced a 20 year old whole House fan that sounded like I had a jet engine running every time I turned it on with a super quiet replacement that is much more powerful. They are easy to work with and their products are fairly priced would highly recommend

The team came in and did a great job installing whole house and attic fan. They worked clean efficiently and respectful of the property and our timelines. Once the job was completed, they spent time with us explaining the operation of both fans and setting up our apps that they may be monitored with our phones.

Mikaela and her team were so incredibly helpful! we had a whole house fan that was previously installed before moving in that desperately needed to be updated! Mikaela helped get me the right fan for the size of our house, she didn't try to upsell me, just honest business and that was so refreshing! Her team that installed it was so professional and were in and out seamlessly! they left the house in the same condition it was in when they arrived, which is so rare! it was so nice to not come home to a mess! The new house fan is so quiet I can be standing underneath it on the phone and carry a conversation! I definitely recommend whole house fan company to anyone looking!
