I eventually got what I needed, but try and find an employee. I guess it's just too big a place

Wanted to order landscaping timbers and delivery but their system was down and I couldn't do it online either. They said they could deliver, the website says pickup at store only. They should have that info correct

They only have one employee working in the rental department and I've been standing in line for half an hour. The associate left and I asked someone else if he can help the rest of us in line and he said he would go look for the associate. There's an even longer line now. If you plan to rent and return on a weekend make sure to come early.

I ordered floors from this home depot a month ago and they still pushed the arrival date back. Would not recommend them for any ordering service.

Working on bathroom remodel has been slow and unprofessional.Has taken a month to finally receive just the estimate from store contractor. Much too high and too many missed appointments by their contractor. Will still purchase merchandise I have already selected , but will not use Home Depot contractor. Found a more reliable and unreasonably priced contractor.

10/10 highly recommend!!! I had them work on a couple projects around my house and was 100 percent satisfied with the job that was done. Great, friendly people who are extremely professional. Excellent results!

How about you guys own the mess you made of Richard Perez's house in Visalia? The AC unit you installed back in February not only doesn't work properly but here it is August and the guy still remains without AC. And now you've blown him off? Luckily for him, the media is now involved. Your business is an absolute joke.

It's rare that I would say I would recommend a company to my
friends and feel confident they would be taken care of, and that is the case here.

We'd been looking for someone to install our AC and these guys did a phenominal job. We'll definitely be working with them again for our other home improvements in the future because the house feels so much better now that we can live without feeling like we're burning in the depths of hell.

Absolutely great service and done in a very timely manner. I needed new windows and insulation and we were able to get a great deal for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone!

I'm hoping this review can be changed if they do something about my roof

Soooo..got a new roof less than 2 years ago, was promised new gutters (never got em), and a 30 year warranty, fast forward to now (almost a month ago) my roof was leaking, and made so many calls about it, only talked to one person and that's it, no one got back to me, and roof is still leaking, I'll keep calling them to see if they fix it

ps: if you can't make payment or don't have any cash saved up, please go with a more reputable company that will answer your calls if there are issues

Till this day my father has not received a call back from this company. It's been 6 month and still waiting for the call and a check that should have been sent to my father for $600. Every time we call there is always either an issue, it's rhe wrong number or it's disconnected. We have gone to their offices and no one is there. I don't recommend this horrible company that tells you something and ends up doing something different

Awesome work we love love 💘 are new Roof our Rep Andy was amazing with assisting us from start to finish . We would give them 100 stars if it was possible would recommend them to every home owner around that is looking for a great roofing company.

If i could describe the work of Renova home improvements in one word, it would be: Phenomenal. They went above and beyond with their beautiful craftsmanship. I know who I’m calling next time my little casita needs some improvement or fixing, & it’s these guys! Would highly recommend. Best in Central Valley.
