We had a time frame for needing our work done, Frank worked hard to make sure it was done on time. He is easy to work with and our balcony is amazing!! We highly recommend Quality Welds!
Official response from representative 04.10.2026 23:53I really appreciate that you guys gave me the opportunity to take on this project marguery thanks once again and I’m happy that you guys loved my work -
Never showed the first and second time. Said he would give me his best price if I gave home another chance. Ended up sending one of his guys to look at the four jobs I had who measured everything. Never received a quote or heard back from them at all. Total waste of my time.

Start date was delayed, and I'm still waiting to schedule a new start date. Team is not very responsive about this - more than 48 hours with no update.
Official response from representative 11.09.2026 17:38Catherine, thank you so much for the great feedback! -
We had had a lot of problems with our automated gate. A lot of other companies had come out and try to fix the problem, but we're unable. FIF fencing came out right away and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and had it fixed the next day. Since then, the gate has been working perfect with no problems. I definitely recommend him for any gate or fence work.
Official response from representative 16.09.2026 19:08Thanks a bunch for the review man! I appreciate you brotha! -
My experience with this company never even reached the installation stage. The problems began immediately after I signed the contract and provided my payment information.
From the start, there was a complete lack of professional communication. No one ever called me. All communication was conducted through text messages, often lengthy and confusing. I was instructed to send photos of my fence and informed when the utility flags were placement along the fence line. Throughout the following week, I repeatedly received messages asking whether the flags had arrived and requesting photos of them in place. Each time, I explained that I had not received anything.
In an effort to keep the project moving, I even offered to purchase the flags myself from a local Lowe's. They quickly agreed, at which point they finally admitted that they had never received confirmation from their own internal team that the flags had been shipped in the first place.
The company then scheduled an installation date, only to change. Based on the original date they provided, I had already arranged time off from work. To make matters worse, the representative I was communicating with told me that I did not need as much time off because the project would only take one day. At the same time, they revealed that the utility appointment had never even been scheduled because the request was still sitting in a queue. This cause the project to be delayed even longer.
It became increasingly clear that there was a serious breakdown in communication within the company. One department appeared to have no knowledge of what another was doing, leaving me to uncover mistakes and delays that should have been managed internally.
All of these issues occurred within a span of approximately two weeks. After repeated miscommunication, scheduling changes, missed steps, and an inability to provide a reliable installation date, I lost confidence in the company's ability to complete the project. As a result, I ultimately canceled the job.
This experience reflected a lack of organization, communication, and accountability from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I could not justify moving forward with the project. -
Justino's team is fantastic! They were thorough, polite, accommodating, informative along each phase of the project, and we couldnt be happier with the finished quality of their work. A few neighbors even came by to get their business card during the project because of the quality of work they provide. You certainly get what you pay for with Top Choice Fencing!

Beautiful quality work.
Great communication (really important for me with home improvement projects).
Couldn't be happier with the outcome.Official response from representative 06.09.2026 17:44Thanks a lot Doug, it was our pleasure! -
I had fencing done in 2024 and it was great, although the start date kept getting postponed. In March of 2026 we decided to get 2 gates installed, a fancy gate and an invisible gate, again the start date was postponed and it is still not complete. It is August 14 2026. My invisible gate look nice but is not what i asked for. Adrian was sick from April 18 till june 10. He told me he was coming to complete the first gate and fix the second one on June 13th. He did not show up and never answered my texts after. I was very understanding about the delays but now I am very disappointed

Very clear communication and very easy to set up a quote for our fence replacement. They took a look not only at the problem fence but also others that might need replacing soon to give an accurate quote to our landlord.
Official response from representative 15.08.2026 22:27Thank you so much for your comment! We appreciate it! -
The day I asked for a quote they sent me 3 messages asking if you can help. I responded that evening as I was at work during the day and asked them to call me first thing in the morning. They responded right back and said they would and told me what number they would be calling me from this was over a week ago. I sent another message via yelp and even called and left a voicemail. Disappointing I never heard back because I actually saw a fence in our neighborhood that they did a good job on. I guess they don't need the business.
Official response from representative 23.09.2026 22:00I apologize for the inconvenience. Yelp sets us up on automatic responses and sometimes it gets very aggressive. I don't see any record of calls from you, if you are still interested, please feel free to reach out to us. -
We needed to have our wrought iron gate rehung because it would no longer close all of the way, especially in the summer. Frank came out and adjusted the door, ground out the catch so the door would latch properly, welded a safety lock that we had previously just screwed on and spray painted all of the finished work for a nice, polished look. He was friendly, responsive to texts, and didn't make me feel bad that it was a small job. Several other companies never even sent bids after coming out to look at the gate or quoted me entirely new gates.
Frank was great and now my gate works better than it has in the entire time we've lived in this house.Official response from representative 07.08.2026 13:51Thank you so much for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to do this job god bless you -
Gabino and his crew did an excellent job replacing the fence between our house and our neighbor's house. They tore the existing fence down, upgraded from wooden posts to powder coated metal posts, and installed the new fence as well as a new gate all in a single day.
The new fence looks great and the gate is high quality. We absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality fence install. -
The owner, Adrian, is efficient and professional. The work I asked for was done when it was supposed to be done, looked great, and the fence is super sturdy. I enjoyed working with him. I will post pictures later on.

Do not hire this company if you don't want the headache.
Ergeon installed my fence, and after multiple revisits, they officially completed the project on June 10. Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top.
I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose.
I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property.
I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position.
I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company. -
When a quote is given for a shared fence, please reach out to all parties by phone and introduce yourselves. Be sure to read all of the fine print in their extensive contract.
Official response from representative 23.09.2026 21:56Can you please let us know why you have given us a 1 star review? We do have an extensive contract this is to protect our customers and oursleves. -
YG Fence Nightmare - Part II
Part 1 review - I hired YG Fencing to do $45,000 worth of wood and wrought iron fence work tree and removal at my home. In the process, Gavino, the CEO and my contact, caused $2,950.00 worth of damage to my pool. He readily acknowledged his fault and agreed to pay for the restoration work in total. He promised to pay the full balance by the completion of the work, which was completed on April 20, 2026. He did not honor his word and continued to avoid making restitution until finally making a partial payment of $2,000.00. When asked to pay the remaining $950.00 he refused citing the need for proof of workers' compensation insurance, W-9, and a contractor's license and general liability insurance.
Part II -
On June 27, 2026, I paid the remaining $950.00 of Gavino's responsibility that YG Fencing refuses to pay. I cannot in good conscience screw honest, hardworking small business owners out of compensation for work contracted for and completed the way YG Fencing does with such ease. Had I read their Yelp and Better Business Bureau reviews before signing a contract with them, I would have seen how this kind of business behavior is not at all out of the ordinary. In fact, since my intital Yelp review, I have had other readers who were clients of YG Fencing contact me sharing their similar stories of nightmare experiences with YG Fencing. Most refer to Gavino's ability to make such a strong positive first impression that the customer is lulled into a false sense of security that makes them let their guard down and not research this sham company more thoroughly. Shame on me for falling for Gavino's conman tactics. Had I read the reviews, I would NEVER have gone with this sorry excuse of a business.
YG Fencing's request for workers' compensation insurance, W-9, and a contractor's license and general liability insurance is just another example of them trying to avoid their responsibility for the damage Gavino caused to my pool through negligent practices during the installation of the wrought iron fence around my pool. If securing these items was truly an issue, why did YG Fencing FINALLY after a series of excuses, lies, and machinations, make the partial payment of $2,000.00? YG Fencing was not using the pool restoration company, a sole proprietor company, as a sub-contractor. These documents were unnecessary. I am assuming they needed time to come up with yet another reason as to why they couldn't honor their word. Again, while Gavino was quick to acknowledge his fault, his actions on behalf of YG Fencing for the past 3 months prove that he was actively trying to avoid honoring his word and "doing the right thing" (his words, not mine) to remedy the situation. The request for these documents is absurd and clear evidence of manipulation.
Again, as I said in my first review, steer WAY clear of YG Fencing.Official response from representative 26.06.2026 01:34Jane I apologize for the inconvenience that we caused with the swimming pool . Although we are willing to pay for the remaining balance , as long as they can provide a workers compensation insurance, W-9 , and a contractors license and General liability insurance. When the company can provide with that information we will take care of remaining balance . Again we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused . -
Rickie was a pleasure to work with. They came out and did an outstanding job on the backyard fence we had replaced. They were quick and efficient. Pricing was extremely fair. I highly recommend FIF for anyone's fencing needs. We couldn't be any happier with the communication and the job from them.

I have never bothered giving a review, but I feel I must given the terrible experience I have had with YG fencing. It's going on about four months since I contracted with YG and still the job is not completed. YG continuously failed to meet his own deadlines to install. After initial install about two months ago I paid several thousand dollars in full. I was left with defective lock and missing several other gate pieces. I have had to repeatedly call/text to ask for completion. On the few times he responded, he committed to complete the items. Now after four months, no completion and he fails to respond. I am stuck with a defective lock and missing other pieces he committed to doing. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! And if you do, do not pay him until you are fully satisfied the work is complete. Terrible experience!
Note: This is a reposting of my original negative post. YG had asked me to take the original post down and they would do as they had originally committed. The did replace the lock, but still continually failed to correct the other items when they responded saying they would. Now approx. seven months of begging them to do as they committed (and their responding and then failing to act and respond), I am reposting the original negative review. Again - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Also note that owner Ruben's comments are all incorrect (they originally committed to doing these minor items) and he was the one that asked me to take the original post down. He and another owner then repeatedly committed to fixing them to no avail.Official response from representative 17.03.2026 03:09Hi Craig, I am sorry that your experience with our company has turned out this way but everything that you hired us to do for you was done and completed. You asked for a cover 1.5 inch gap between the post and the wall so nobody can look in and rubber gaskets at the bottom of the gate that’s not part of our contract. If you like I can post a picture of our contract and you can point out where it says that that was part of the job as for your key keypad you might want to check the batteries you… -
not sure yet. waiting for doors. gates look nice. hope the outcome looks as nice as the pictures seen. Gabino always very pleasant.

We hired Ricky's crew when our neighbor paid unlicensed hobbyists to tear down the fence between us. I had told her before this happened that I would pay half, but I did not expect her to do what she did. I told her we had dogs and would need the fence done that same day. It should have been more than possible. Well, 3 days later, we realize they've abandoned the project.
So I called Ricky. Explained the situation. He got a crew to us fast. They did a FANTASTIC job. It did cost more, but it was worth it for the professional product.
And, of course, now the neighbor is refusing to pay her half.
But Ricky and his crew really came through for us.Official response from representative 13.05.2026 14:32Thank you for the opportunity, brother. Let us know if you need anything else. -
Excellent service from FIF Fencing. Ricky was great to work with and our new automatic gate looks wonderful and makes a secure and beautiful entry to our Airbnb.
Official response from representative 05.05.2026 00:03Vickie, it was a pleasure working with you folks. We thank you for the opportunity.
