I have called many times and no response back. Fridgaire hire them to install my fridge. I have all evidence of the damage. Fridgaire is stating it is not their fault but JS Installations. If it is not your fault why not call me back. When I first started the process to get compensated. I called JS Installations (the delivery driver, their manager, then the company's line) nobody called or responded to me hoping I would go away. So I went to Fridgaire that's when I got stalled yet again then told this is JS Installations Services. I got one call during a time I was busy. I was told it was direct line back to the representative. Despite several attempts still no call back (left 2 voicemails, one text message and called 9 times). Don't trust this company to remedy any issues that they are responsible for. If steps are not taken to remedy this situation then I am forced to take this to small claims court.
