They were happy to send a person to measure and make suggestion on a Glass wall, in walk in shower. I will go with them. MCS Glass also did respond they wanted me just send pictures and would quote like that , no way!

Was recommend to this place by Pacifc Door around the corner from them for a screen replacement. Got there about 11:45 only to find out they close until 12 for lunch. Ok, fair enough, I figured I could make calls for a few minutes while I waited. We noticed they did shower doors so we thought it would be worth waiting since we also needed one of those. 12 noon came and no one was there yet. 12:05 then 12:10 and closed sign remained on door.
At this point we thought to ourselves that besides being unprofessional, this was probably a bad sign of what their service would be like if we proceeded. A white car pulled in as we finally had enough and left at 12:13.

We've worked with a lot of professionals on a lot of different projects, glass pro has been exceptional in every area.

I recently contacted this business to replace two very large bathroom mirrors. Tyler responded quickly to my request for an estimate, provided a very reasonable quote, and did outstanding work. I definitely recommend this business, and I will use Pro Glass for additional work in the future.

I have read great reviews for this gentleman, however, he only spoke to my husband once to provide a quote but when we tried to get an appointment with him, his phone calls go to voicemail and he never returns the text messages. I was truly hopeful to do business with him and I'm very disappointed I can't even reach him since a few weeks ago. My husband even went to his shop a few times and even today, but there's nobody there. I wonder what is going on. I would totally give a good review if we could find him and get the work done.

1000% go here. Clovis glass couldn't figure out how to customize my window. It was back and forth for months. San Joaquin Glass replaced the custom glass immediately! And they're fixing my other windows as well. Please do yourself a favor: do business here. Thanks to Erica and the guys! You feel like this is a family values business with the highest professionalism when you work with them!

Needed to replace a dual pane kitchen garden window where the seal had broken. Called with measurements to get a quote. Spoke to Erica who helped me a lot to get the online proposal filled out. (they were true to their quote unlike another company). Took about a week to get the window made and installed. Kudos to Steve and Ralph for their quick, clean, smooth, professional work! Highly recommend the professional company!!!!

Disappointed. I contacted San Joaquin Glass for quotes on frameless shower enclosures for (2) bathrooms... I was greeted with "go online and fill out a form". I explained, I wanted to just deal with a salesperson --(the good ol' fashion way) introduce yourself, discuss/verbally what you are looking for, text over pics of both showers, pics of measurements and request a work-up of frameless options and quotes for each...
I was advised again, I could go online and attach pics, fill out a form or email them.
***What happened to companies "wanting" your business, what happened to dealing with actual people, not filling out forms and emailing...
What happened to "actual customer service"?
This place made me feel like I had to earn "their business"... aren't I the customer??

I can't recommend these guys enough. Amazing!! Our large picture window broke due to house settling. This thing is 8ft by 6ft. Pro Glass is amazing! They can immediately out for a free estimate and then the quote was given the next day. Every other company I called (and I called 5), came in between $1000-4000 higher. And it's thanksgiving week and the amazing team made it happen for us to get a new window before thanksgiving. Polite, professional, quick...they replaced the entire window in an hour. Thank you Pro Glass!!!

We had a broke dual paine window replaced by Pro Glass. The price quote was reasonable, product and customer service was excellent. Will recommend Tyler and his company to anyone who needs glass and screen repair or replacement.

Been working with SJG for years and now can't even get them to service a simple shower door and they handled this request with some of the worst customer service (if you could even call it that) that I've experienced in a while. I'm guessing she was having a bad day and needed someone to argue with. I wouldn't consider them for any future work and I've place a service and business warning on their contact info in my phone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Dans is the best! I needed my window fixed the same day and called Dans they informed me that they were busy that day but if they had any openings they would call. They ended up calling and saying they can come around 5pm which I think is normally after business hours. A lot of other companies were giving me a hard time about the type of glass and when they would be able to come out which was several days after. Dans came through and fixed my window in under 30min! Very professional and did great work! Thank you guys so much!
