Worse builder ever they do not fix their mistakes. We do own one of their homes and have not had a problem with it, but our next-door neighbor, had serious problems, and the neighbor next-door to him also had serious problems. Another neighbor around the block had condensation and mold seeping from their wall in one of their kids bedroom, Granville told them to move the child out of the bedroom and they'll be fine.

Absolutely have loved working with this company! Great honest people of integrity who build high-Quality homes built to last. They offer generous warranties and are just ultimately very transparent and informative along the way of what to expect and what to look forward to!

Excellent family company who really cares about their community and builds homes with locals in mind and with their feedback taken into account.

One of the CHEAPEST and worst builders to date. From carpets not meeting the tile and endangering toddlers, to doors falling off hinges because the tiniest screws were used to multiple drawers being off the hinges and not centered. An expensive home for the cheapest labor the only people getting to sleep peacefully at night are the Bonadelles who collect the money from these cheaply made homes. Steer clear of this builder. 2nd year in my home and there has been nothing but issues.

I reached a point where it was becoming difficult to maintain our rural home, so we moved to town. We looked at every builder in the Clovis area and narrowed it down to two. (Ha, turns out they were the same family) Time was getting short, so we made the move and signed with McCaffrey Homes to build in the Clovis Santerra neighborhood. We were the second or third house built. We spent a good deal of time watching our home being built. I would swing by every day after they were done and look at the day's progress. I was 70 yrs old at the time we built and it wasn't my first Rodeo. I was very pleased with the build quality I saw going into our new home. That quality has paid off. After 8 yrs, I have so far not found any failures in my construction beyond normal wear, and even that is minimal. I have watched the entire area around us be built up by other builders, and believe me, they were cutting corners and doing things that would not suit me at all. The bottom line is this: McCaffrey builds a very good and solid house, and they stand behind their work. It's up to you to make a Home.

Updating review from previously because the warranty department came through to fix all of the repairs needed!
That was a relief. I'm still not providing five stars only because of the issues with having three flat tire tires from the street sweeper not coming often enough to clear the roads. I told the builder what had happened to me and they did not compensate me even though my tires were not patchable, and I had to literally get new ones and the streets are coming once only every other week did not seem sufficient. But other than that, the warranty department and sales department are excellent to work with and in today's economy I would still consider it a good purchase, especially in the area. It's a good investment.

I did not have a good experience with this business overall. Communication felt unclear and the process did not meet my expectations. I found the interaction frustrating and not as organized or helpful as I had hoped. Others may have a different outcome, but this was my personal experience and it did not leave a positive impression.

We visited the 2 model Binadelle homes in Tulare. Very impressed. Open floor plans, godd pricing. Nice quality.

Big shout out to Victor at Bonadelle Empire Ranch in Dinuba!! He helped us the whole way through the process and still assisting us even after we closed recently. He is amazing at his job and really worked with us to accommodate our busy work schedule and last minute changes we would make. Thank you Victor for helping us get our new home!!

(DO not WORK WITH ERIC ARMENTA) If I could put zero stars I would they treat you like family make you feel welcomed till they have your money then they run with it.... Me and my girlfriend got pre approved with ERIC ARMENTA and Timothy o'hare to build our dream home started the house, A month out from move in they say we aren't pre approved anymore and that we have to get a co signer and all this bs so this in my opinion is the worst builder you can ever go with and fyi they still have my 14k and won't give it back unless I "use it towards one of there properties in the next year " some bs if you ask me deyoung is a scam all they want is your money and they will not give you're money back so think twice before handing them a check!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking into buying a home at Bonadelle. the sales representative Danielle is not helpful at all. She does not care about her job nor the clients. Never responds to calls nor text messages takes her about a week or more to get back to you. Lacks responsibility at her job. She has been making the house buying process very difficult since she doesn't respond to questions when needed her help.

We moved into our home a few months ago. We have been very pleased with our experience. We were in our previous home for 24 years, so we knew what we wanted in a new home.

Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our requests during the paperwork process. She was able to address our daily concerns and help us with unrelated general knowledge about Madera, our New Community at Tesoro Viejo and how to navigate all our upcoming vendor appointments.

Mike was on site to address any last minute ideas, conerns or possible future projects that we were thinking about. We were able to pick out our finishes, walk through our new house, as it was being built, and talk to him about anything that we were not sure about. He treated us like we were buying his house and wanted us to be completly satisfied.

We moved in and I am still complaining about all my stuff that I stiil need to unpack. We have no issues that were not handled promtly and efficiently with our House. We are enjoying all the benefits of our New McCaffrey Home at Tesoro Viejo. We are happy with the Neighborhood, The Dog Park, and all The Community events. I am looking forward to sharing all my vintage stuff with all my new neighbors.

I will continue to recommend McCaffrey homes to friends and family.

We just closed on our new home in the Magnolia Riverstone community and we couldn't of been more thankful for Kate. She was amazing through the whole process.
