Anthony was great!!! We haven’t had a cleaning service feel so much like family.. not only did they do a great job but they put up with myself and my 4 kids still inside the house.. the work was awesome and the prices are beyond affordable for what I asked them to do. If you’re in need of a cleaning hire them!! Such a great experience.. they really do have a great team..

INCREDIBLE Cleaning! Anthony, Rey, and Tiffany along with their crew came in and did a post-construction clean that made my rehabilitated foreclosure home look like it was a million dollars. The home was extremely messy after being vacant for over two years. Then we, as the new homeowners, created more of a mess with all the construction that was being performed throughout the house. We had not moved in yet, but due to time constraints and the amount of mess involved, my husband and I realized that we needed an outside cleaning service to get the house move-in ready quickly. I had Anthony stop by the house to look over the project and give me a quote, but instead of just walking through for a few minutes, he took the time to really see the home and listen to my needs as well as get to know me. One of my requirements was to learn how to properly take care of my new home and Anthony had no problem sharing that information with me. So, during the cleaning he explained all the products used, how to use them, and when to use them. His crew also took care of defects and repairs that just put the finishing touches on the home. Finally, I was even able to hire two of his staff to come and help me organize my kitchen so I could quickly get up and running after the clean. Once on the job, Anthony and his staff will not only meet your expectations, but exceed them. Thank you, Anthony, Rey, and Tiffany for meeting all of my cleaning needs as well as being such nice people.

I’ve tried a couple cleaners and this is the first time my kitchen actually looked “done.” Stove and sink were spotless.

The cleaner asked what I wanted them to focus on first, which I appreciated. Hit the bathrooms and baseboards like I asked.

I got cleaning estimates from several sources. Selected New Star because they have a checklist that specifies what they clean and they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. I have had bad experiences with moving cleans that were not up to my expectations, so the satisfaction guarantee was important to me, especially because it's included in the flat rate. I knew what I was getting for my money. The cleaning team worked hard on my large house and made some trouble spots look new again. After they left, I discovered a couple of issues and Angel (company contact) sent someone back to remedy the issues at no additional cost. I recommend New Star cleaning.

I called them for a move out cleaning and they made it look just like new will definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Angel and his team. I had gotten overwhelmed with the amount to get cleaned after moving out and they took care of it all for me and am a happy customer! Well worth every penny!

You get what you pay for. I’ve hired cheaper cleaners before who just wiped around things, but New Star actually scrubbed. The baseboards look new. Angel was professional and sent a reminder before the appointment which was helpful. Definitely worth it for the quality of the deep clean.
