The girls were so nice and did such a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that can’t or just don’t have the time to clean their house top to bottom. They do an awesome job!

Merry Maids was awesome! Five ladies came and spent the day cleaning the apartment, did an amazing job on a terrible mess.that I would not have had the time to do.

[Service] Everything was great. No complaints with Angie. However, I am a pastor and I have told merry maid several times that on Wednesdays from 12 noon to 1:00 pm I have prayer with my church and that is not a good time to come. However, for some reason you do not recognize that. Angie came at 12:30 pm right in the middle of our prayer time. That was not good. I had to cut the prayer short not to keep her waiting and be discourteous to her.

Don't expect a quick quote via the phone. Instead, expect to be shuttled to an online sales person who will do a "virtual tour" of your home, or to an in-home consultation. These are high pressure sales tactics.

From online reviews I have learned that I can expect one person cleaning for about a $100 an hour. The cleaners are paid in accordance to the volume of homes they clean per day, so there will be some rushing of work.

Some people have good results, but that seems to depend on the quality of the person who arrives at your home, and can vary widely.

In a nutshell, Merry Maids will do everything they can to avoid giving you even a ballpark price to clean a room in your home.

Very dissatisfied with job that was done. Asked for a deep cleaning and got more of a standard cleaning. Little messes were left all over the place, there was still some stuff under the couches, many surfaces were left untouched, there was still cobwebs, etc. it look like all that was done was a sweep and mop, cleaned countertops and stove top. We appreciate the work was that done however for the amount of money that was spent it did not match up. Definitely not calling here again.

From the initial phone call to the end of the service, everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you are in the central valley. The staff members are amazing especially Ruth

I asked for deep cleaning and paid 750$, but the company sent me two cleaners, and they didn't give them enough time to deep clean, so they did fast and terrible with superficial cleaning. This is unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever had.

The house cleaner we had worked very hard, even using my specific products instead of the company's products. But not enough time was allowed to actually clean everything, including a lot of grout. Now that I am trying to have the cleaner come back to finish, the company is lying and saying that I said I was satisfied with the job. Very overpriced, and it seems that the company is not managed well. They said the cleaner will stay until the job is done, but that was not the case at all. She had to leave because she was afraid to be working overtime.

Jessica and Ruth along with the office staff at Merry Maids of Fresno are wonderful. Consistently leave a clean home for us to enjoy year after year.

Ruth and Merry Maids have done an amazing job for us for years. I can't begin to tell you all that she has done to brighten our home. She is thorough and thoughtful in all that she does.

She spent an hour and 20 minutes in one room when I got a chance to examine thoroughly after she left I saw the floor was streaked and dull did not clean around the base of the furniture and not under easy to reach night stands the bathroom mirror was not clean in the area I requested had water specks and a film all across the top. Did not see this until I turned on the light. The only good thing I could say was she was very friendly and nice, definitely needs more training on hardwood floors. $70 was entirely not worth the one hour and 20 minutes

My mother needed assistance with the cleaning of her home. Since I do not stay in the city in which she lives I contacted Merry Maids. Upon initial contact they were friendly, courteous and reasonably priced. My mother is receiving the help she needs and I don’t have to drive down twice a month to assist her. I just go down and spend quality time with her now. Thanks Merry Maids
