WOW...such a beautiful and well kept outdoor garden. I cannot believe this gem has been in my backyard and I didn't know. Today I bought 5 new babies 2.99 a piece...what a deal!!

I really enjoyed my visit here. Employees were phenomenal. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They even gave a little more customer service without asking. Love this place

This was my first visit to Lotus Gardens, but I'm sure to return again soon. The people were pleasant and helpful, and they have many wonderful offerings. It is worth the drive outside into the country!

It was very good experience to deal with these folks. Very good communication with them they treat us very good. Also they have very reasonable prices. Lots of choices on flowers. I will recommend to go there for your gardening.

The staff are very knowledgeable, their plants are fresh. The know what they're doing, and the assortment of drought tolerant plants for the Fresno area is the best I've seen among local nurseries. Ask for John. He helped me populate a fantastic garden. Thanks guys!

Lotus Gardens is the best nursery to go to for any planting Ideas and each plant is grown with pure expert style. Need any planting ideas or creative advice. Lotus is the place to go. The plants if planted right and maintained will last you for years.

Lotis Gardens landscaped our back acre and it turned out beautifully! They planted our fruit trees with all the right soils, put appropriate soils on our large garden boxes, laid pathways with crushed granite, and dug all of the drip lines exactly where we wanted. They brought water to each garden Box and each tree. The place looks great and they were wonderful to work with. They did just what we had envisioned. Thank you Diana

My favorite employee in Lotus Gardens is Patty, she is almost always in every spot you need her. She knows everything from growing seasons, optimal growing conditions, and gives great plant care tips. There is always a large and beautiful selection of houseplants and large garden/landscape plants as well. If I bought anything that died it was either extreme weather or poor soil, all of their little sprouts are grown with care and are long lasting.

I drove by and decided to stop by to look for some succulents. Walked in and right away was greeted with super friendly staff. The point me in the direction for what I was looking for, and made recommendations for what I purchased. Really enjoyed the help and service. I'd be more than happy to return to give them my business.

Customer service wasn't good at all. I didn't have a bad experience but it definitely didn't leave a good impression. Plants are way over priced.

First time here. And I like it. Everything is well maintained and nicely displayed. Even purchased some flowers. Having said that, they are overpriced. My point for visiting a nursery outside of town is for the discount. There is definitely no discount here. In fact hardly anything was priced/labeled so I don't know if I'm being told actual prices or personalized (quickly made-up) pricing based upon my stereotype. Anyhow, I'm happy with my overpriced plants.

I absolutely LOVED this plant nursery!!! I spent a whole hour inside and didn't even get to explore the outside yet! The plants are so Healthy and grown so well! And they have more rare plants than other nurseries! 10/10 am going again 😄

Visited for the first time to find floral plants for my mom's birthday, and Matt greeted us right away. He offered helpful information and advice, especially since it was our first time. Despite being short-staffed, he made sure all customers, including us, felt acknowledged. I really appreciate Matt, and this outdoor living center had so much to offer. I'll definitely return and recommend it to others!

I am writing to share a concerning experience I've had with Preferred Landscaping Company, our HOA's landscaping service. Approximately three months ago, one of their employees damaged my 25-year-old Japanese Maple tree with a weed eater, and the tree now looks horrible.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through phone calls, emails, and texts to their managers, onsite manager, and even the owner, they have refused to provide a satisfactory resolution. I requested a letter acknowledging their responsibility for the damage, an arborist to trim and clean up the affected areas, and a commitment to replace the tree if it dies due to the damage they caused.

While they did send an arborist, his two-page letter attributed the damage to "natural decay" rather than acknowledging their employee's actions, despite their verbal admission of fault. They have refused to provide any written confirmation of their responsibility or take steps to adequately address the damage.

Given this experience, I strongly advise caution if you are considering using Preferred Landscaping Company for any services.
