Can someone from ACG please contact me? Mark and another man picked up two of my area rugs for cleaning and have not returned them. It has been over a month. I have tried many time to contact them but they have not reached back. I am happy to pick up my rugs. Please just let me know where they are.

We recently decided to have our grout and tile cleaned as we had been in our home for about 11 years. The home was a couple of years old when we purchased it from a previous owner. When we moved in, we just thought the grout was dark brown as it blended with the tile. Well after the awesome cleaning job by ACG we have found out that the grout is actually a khaki color. Wow!! We were so surprised and impressed by how clean the grout was now and how new the tile looked. ACG also cleaned our carpets in the bedrooms and those look just as awesome. We are extremely happy with the excellent service and will be using ACG in the future. We highly recommend their service!

We called Mark to clean our house after having sloppy renters. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet. We called Mark at America's Carpet Guy and he came out that same week and did a miraculous job. We were so surprised at the results and so thankful to America's Carpet Guy for saving our carpets. We will definitely be using them again.

I moved in to my new home and it smelled like wet dogs and cats, I called Mark he showed up the next day and had my carpets cleaned.

I used America’s carpet guy to clean my couch. He did an excellent job. Showed up when they said they would. Was very professional. And very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having a bottle of syrup spilled on my carpet. After trying to clean it the best I could (with no results) I gave up. I let the stain set and accepted that my carpet would look terrible forever. I finally called Mark at ACG and asked if he could attempt to clean it. I was seriously considering just getting all new carpeting because it was truly that bad. To my astonishment, they were able to get it cleaned in just one treatment. I was absolutely amazed. Not only did they do an incredible job but they were professional, timely, and incredibly polite. Mark made me feel like I’d known him for years. I will definitely be calling them back out and will shout their praises to anyone that will listen.

We reached out to mark at America's carpet guy to see about cleaning at our home in shaver lake. He was very prompt with his response and was able to get out to the house within a week. They were very professional and did a tremendous job and saved our carpets from being replaced. We recommend mark and America's carpet guy to anyone who is thinking about replacing their current carpet...I bet they can save yours too. Thanks again!

I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I called. Communication regarding arrival time was great and accurate. I had a two hour window for arrival, so I was able to plan accordingly. Mark and his partner were very friendly and professional. The best part was that they were so quick and efficient - they cleaned a living room, dining room, hallway and bedroom in about an hour, just as he estimated. I appreciated the help moving some furniture around the room - really above and beyond! I have very light beige carpet and it turned out looking better than I expected. Mark worked hard on the high traffic areas. I like that there wasn’t any odor or chemical smell to the products. Mark even gave me some tips about not using the spray/foam cleaners, which leave residue on the carpet, and instead spot cleaning with a simple mix of vinegar and hot water. Great customer service!

Spoke with Mark and he was very pleasant, he worked around my schedule to come clean carpets in a 3 bedroom when I had to be out of apts at a specific time/date. Did a great job and was very fast but thorough. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve had our couch for almost 3 years with a baby and large dog so there have been many spills along the way and we have never had it deep cleaned. Vlad was here for about 2.5 hours and did an amazing job our couch looks brand new! Highly recommend :)

Great communication, called when I booked online to confirm the details. We had been using a different carpet cleaning company but they never got our wool rug or main living room carpet fully clean the way these guys did. Very thorough, vacuumed everything first and he did a walk through at the end. I was so happy we already booked them again to clean and seal our tile floors.

Quoting process was honest and transparent over the phone prior to scheduling the appointment. AEA gave me a heads-up when they were on their way and arrived within the scheduled arrival window. They quickly reviewed the scope and got to work, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. The pricing was very fair, and they used good equipment and strong work ethic. Would highly recommend them and will use them moving forward for our home.

I want to thank Vlad of AEA Carpet Cleaning for the outstanding job he did today, stretching, reshaping and cleaning my carpets. I had many unsightly wrinkles in my carpet throughout the house that made the carpet look old and ugly. Vlad meticulously worked throughout the house to tighten and reshape the carpet to get the best result. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns, answered questions and provided advice for best care. I am beyond thrilled with the end result. I can now look forward to enjoying my carpet for many more years.
