Dan Carlson, owner of Quality Floor Care, cleaned our bedroom carpet recently…it turned out great! Dan arrived on time, had a very pleasant personality, and took his time to get to set up so not to cause any damage to our lawn with the hose. His fee was extremely fair and we highly recommend his service.

I highly recommend Dan and Quality Floor Care. I tried Stanley Steemer and Rug Doctor and nothing could get out the stains. I was afraid they would never come out. I called Dan. He gave me a quote over the phone. He came and took care of my carpet in less than an hour and charged me exactly what he said very reasonable very professional. I will see Dan every year now to keep my carpets, clean and fresh!👍🏻

I got hooked up with Quality floor care by accident. Funny story. When Dan answered I asked if this was the xxx company, he said no we're better then they are.and I laughed. And it went from there. He gave me a quote which I thought was low but assumed there would be add ons like past experience .well Ryan came out to do the job.he measured the carpet space to be cleaned.5 lg rooms, and quoted the price before he started cleaning, $200. less then what I was quoted on the phone. Spot cleaning and treating pet areas all inclusive. "WHAT? No add ons?nope!!
The carpet was filthy and now it's like brand new.i am so impressed. I even had him clean my recliner. And it's like new..The name Quality is definitely the perfect name. I was expecting to pay so much more. It's so nice to still find such quality work and such pleasant service at a price that puts a smile on your face. Thank you

Ryan shampooed my mom’s house for us. He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. He shampooed the whole house in no time, there is no comparison to what they can do and what we have tried with our Walmart shampooer. It looks and smells amazing. Thank you.

Dan is phenomenal! Between he and Ryan they make your carpets and tile look brand new! I have been using both of them for the past 15 years. I tried over six other Cleaners and these guys beat them hands down! Not only do they treat you like family they do the best job out there!
All those families with Pets, they are a must have! We took in a rescue, got her through the puppy phase and they came in and made the house look amazing!
Plus, both Dan and Ryan’s process cuts down the drying time of our carpets to less than An hour! Amazing!

I had my carpet cleaned today by Quality Floor Care, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Ryan, the technician, was absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and very thorough. He took his time making sure everything looked great, and the results were amazing.

Even after he had finished the job, I asked if he could clean an extra area, and without hesitation, he went above and beyond to take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the extra effort and highly recommend Quality Floor Care!

P.S. they use top notch equipment!

I heard about this company from my family and I’m so glad we did. Ryan did a great job. He was extremely nice and detailed. He was able to get every single spot out of our carpets from our dogs and kids. It looks like we have brand new carpet again. Will definitely be using them again.

Called around town to come give tile sample, quality floor was only company that was able to turn my tiles look new again. Tried many tile cleaning company's in past but no one was able clean them at this level.Dan was very patient and did great job.

Dan was incredibly accommodating. When I called to book my service, I told Dan that I would need the carpet cleaned in two bedrooms and the hallway tile sealed & cleaned. After reassessing my own needs, I asked Dan if he “had time” to also clean and seal the tile in two bathrooms, the entry way tile, tile in front of the back door as well as the tile that lined the living room. I’ve never had my carpets or tile cleaned, so I didn’t know how much extra time I would need. At the time, I didn’t know how many more hours and the effort this would add to my service. Additionally, because of the grout I have, Dan had to go over each tile with a paintbrush while kneeling on the floor. I now understand how much time I added to his day and how much I cost him from his evening family time. I’m happy to say my tile and carpets look even better than when I bought the house; I didn’t know how dirty they were - until I saw them cleaned. I thought it was “just the way” grout looked as it aged.

Guy just stopped coming out n doing our pool for no reason

Called Derrick and he was there same day with excellent knowledge. Had the pool up and running in no time at all! Have referred him to plenty of people and will continue to do so. Thank you Derrick!

If I could give zero starts I would, they came to service our pool, said 600 to clean it, he took 300 down and 300 after it’s done, after a week Pool still the same, he said he will come every day till it’s clear, Lies each day would come up with an excuse not to come, call him say won’t come till three days because he has other pools to do, basically after he collect 300 he’s just making me wait and wait so I could give up and call someone else, he won’t give me my 300 back. I won’t recommend him for anybody or don’t pay upfront

Contracted with Dereck for pool service (chemical only - 4 times per month) and all was well at first. Then we'd notice our pool was green which we couldn't understand since he was saying he serviced our pool 4 times per week.

To make the pool clean, he charged us an additional fee (start up) to clear the pool, which was odd because he had been servicing our pool uninterrupted, but we paid it anyway. After paying for chemical only, and then an extra fee to "clear" the pool, the pool was still green. He stated basically it's was the equipment which he didn't check on chemical only so we switched to full service which was double the chemical only service.

Before switching to full service, we asked what was included and he stated that cleaning the filter was included, so we decided to go with it. During full service, our pool cleared, however there was a large layer of algae covering the floor or the pool and portions of the wall. When I brought this to his attention, not thinking this should be the case with full service, his position was nothing was wrong with the fact our pool floor was covered in algae but took that as an opportunity to highlight, we "could now see the floor" of pool as if that was an indication of how good his service was from the previous green pool, but in no way should a pool be covered in algae (pool could not be used it was so dirty) with full service.

He then said, (even with full service) I'll get the algae out for a $50 fee. We then pay the fee, plus for the month of September, and within a couple hours of paying, he send a text message stating he wasn't going to service our pool anymore and refused to give me a refund claiming a prorated fee for full service in August. He'll more than likely draft a response, which will try to explain this in a better light, but why would I make this up. He was always polite and courteous. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about if this is the type of service you'd like.
