I wasn't too happy with this company. We contacted them about putting up our Christmas lights, and they advised to send over a text message of our address. We did, and they told us they'd send us a quote. Later that night, I asked them about the quote, then they said they'd have to drive by the house tomorrow to get accurate pricing. Fair enough - that's no problem. Next day comes around, I call, no answer. I send another text message, no answer. Finally at around 7pm, they just simply text, "Didn't make it by today." Well that's not very good service - you could have given me a little more notice since I have been waiting.
Next day, I ask them - "will you have time to get me a quote, today?" I get a text message reply, "Sorry, we have to pass on your house. We are now booked out past December 10th. Happy Holidays."
When we originally contacted them several days earlier, they had openings on December 7th, to install Christmas lights.
If their service is this bad just to get a quote, I am glad I didn't go any further... Poor communication, and just a huge waste of time. Too bad since I had heard good things about this company. Very disappointed.

Really great service! Mason was extremely respectful of our home, the animals that lived in it, and the plants that surrounded it. He was even nice enough to mind our nesting dove in a tree near the home! The house and windows looked AMAZING afterwards, and I couldn't believe how affordable it was. I will definitely be using them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

These people are amazing! Super friendly on the phone, and very quick scheduling. The guys who came out were incredible! They were happy, friendly, professional and made sure to explain what they would be doing and about all the products they would be using. My windows have never looked better!! Logan and Emma Ward own a business called NEO Window Cleaning. Logan washed our windows inside and out. We were very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. We happily recommend him for cleaning our windows. He did an excellent job and was a hard worker and considerate of our home. we were so impressed with his good work ethic that we signed up for window cleaning every six months.

Logan, with Neo window cleaning approached my husband with his services to clean our windows and screens. He was very dependable, friendly, reasonable and his work was superb. Not only was he professional, he is licensed to also do more. I will be calling him back in the future to clean the upstairs windows/screens and solar panels!
He hand washed our screens and even replaced our kitchen screen. I can scratch that one off my to do list. He is a new business and I will be calling him again and referring him out to friends and family. I was very pleased with his customer service, and his dependability as well as the great work that he did. Windows look new. Thank you Logan.

NEO Window Cleaning is an awesome business. Very courteous, professional, and thorough. I have used several of their services so far and they have exceeded my expectations with high quality work. Excellent customer service and very pleasant to work with.

Logan was great at explaining and knowledgable about the work to be done. He showed up at exactly 8 am and went to work and went the extra mile and even fixed some of the screens on my windows. Great price to clean all of my windows and solar panels. Trustworthy, punctual and now he will be the only person I will use to clean my windows and panels.
