When you hire a company, that has not serviced your home before you wonder if you’re making the right choice. I was not disappointed. They were polite, careful of my garden, that I treasure, and told me exactly what they were going to do. I will definitely call them again. I also liked that I was informed ahead of time who was coming. Each person was named, and I was informed exactly when they would arrive at my house. If running late, again I received a call.

I hired this company to clean the gutters at my home. I was delighted by how quickly they scheduled my appointment and how well they did the job. They communicated that they were on their way and sent me before and after photos of their work. I love a company that communicates well and takes care of the job without needing much from me! We have been using clean and shine for a couple of years now. We have had them fix rain gutters, clean gutters, install gutter guards, clean windows and screens. They always do a professional job with a good and helpful attitude. I would definitely recommend giving them a try If you have need for any of the services that they perform.

The process was very easy start to finish. I submitted an interest form and was contacted via email within 24 hours. Communication was then conducted via text message which was very convenient.

The service we received was cleaning of our solar panels and roof from birds and the debris made by them. Then bird proof fencing was installed to prevent further infestation.

The employees that performed the work were knowledgeable, polite, kind, and timely.

Overall, the experience with the company was one I would recommend to anyone who has solar panels. Wonderful people and work done.

Will never do business with again. Contacted Clean & Shine for bird netting on a newly built house solar. Representative was quick to come out view property and give estimate so we setup an appointment. Workers came out started job and finished very quick. When I asked to see Before and After photos of the work I was sent only after photos and was told that I had broken roof tiles that were there before they got there.... I asked for pictures of the before work so we could see these broken tiles and was told no before photos were taken because that's not policy... I explained to representative that if there were broken items the FIRST thing I would do would be to photograph broken items to show they were like that when I got there. He once again stated that he trusts his guys and will stick by their word that it was like that when they got there. Contacted the home builder and was shown that the builder inspector and the city inspector showed zero signs of broken tiles on their inspections. The house is barely 4 months old and all the broken tiles are conveniently located around the solar panels where work was done. Clean & Shine took ZERO responsibility and now I guess it is just my problem. Information has been handed off to the builder and forwarded to residents as a company to stay away from. Also work was done on March 3rd and wasn't offered a bill until March 8th after asking multiple times. Don't think it is customary to have a company charge days later. Stay away...

I had been shopping local businesses for "birdproofing" and Noah and the team went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, provide a quote (which beat the competition), and tailored it to exactly what i was looking for. They even scheduled me very quickly. A comprehensive quote and invoice was provided along with multiple photos of the completed work when they finished. In fact, they even helped me outside of normal business hours to answer all the questions I had regarding the services. They arrived exactly when they were scheduled, cleaned up, and let me know when they started and ended work.

Just to add to the attention to detail, I had spoke to one of the workers previously when doing my neighbors house and told him we had new flowers growing and just asked that they watch out for them when they were coming and going(which they did), and then days later when they were doing my house, the worker told his co-worker to be careful with our flowers. This may be a small detail, but demonstrates the care they put into their work.

If you are considering bird-proofing your home, go with these guys.

Emailed them over a month ago for bird netting solar panel protection to get a quote, I felt super comfortable with them, & Steve gave us Great Quote also added the Lifetime warranty so I never have to worry about it. His team came out cleaned up any debris, & put up all the netting, & even took pics. Excellent company, & i will be referring all my neighbors. Thanks Clean & Shine.

I have used them for a few years now. This business has remained consistent with great customer service, and professional and reliable service. They installed a bird deterrent mesh under my solar panels a couple of years ago and it still in perfect conditions. Still no evidence of unwanted visitors! Yesterday they cleaned my solar panels. What a difference! See for yourself. I strongly recommend them.

The team arrived exactly as scheduled. They cleaned the significant bird poop build up on my roof and under the solar panels. They tarped a portion of my pool to reduce the dirt getting in and did the clean up well. Company and crew kept me informed and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
