I would 100% recommended this business the team is very well nice, organized, and put together very fast response as well all supplies and uniforms were cleaned I was very impressed due to my past experience with other cleaning businesses I was sketchy but these team of ladies helped me so much and kept a positive attitude with each task I gave them to help me thank you sacred pro cleaning for your business.

I helped coordinate a cleaning between this company and my sister and I feel so bad that I did. I wanted to give a locally owned business without reviews a chance... but now we have learned our lesson.

First impression via yelp- they responded quickly which was good. They had tons of almost immediate availability, which looking back, should have been a bad sign. Their quote was also based purely off of house size, which was crazy to me. I clarified and asked about the quote changing and wanting to see the house first, but the owner assured me it would be fine.

We setup an appt for a couple days later at 10am. At 10:30 they messaged saying there was traffic and they would be late (stating the obvious I would say, but alas, it was what it was). They finally showed up 45 minutes past appt time. My sister showed them the house and they said it would be about 3-4 hours (which put them between 2-3pm since they were almost an hour late).

At 4pm they messaged saying they would be finished in 40 minutes... almost 2 hours after quoted time, which was fine! 4 kids aged 7 and under, 2 dogs and 2 cats can make quite the mess! There was no denying the house needed a deep and thorough cleaning- hence hiring a service. ;)

At 4:30 my sister arrived back home to see the house, but only had a minute to run in and out. This was the time the owner asked for payment... it was then disclosed she only takes cash or zelle. Neither of which was discussed beforehand. I don't know many businesses today that are cash and untraceable cash transfer based only.

My sister paid her and they all went on their way. A couple hours later when my sister got back to the house to actually look around- she found MANY things weren't completed. Floors weren't finished, there was gunk on the counter, a couple windows were half cleaned, light switches weren't wiped down. For $450 you really expect more... or at least for the things that were started to actually be finished.

Being the nice person my sister is, she didn't say anything. The next day the owner sent a text asking how it all was- to which my sister responded the next day, after talking to me and realizing this was so not acceptable. The owner immediately got defensive and started blaming it on the state of the house to begin with... which is IRRELEVANT SINCE YOU ARE LITERALLY THERE TO CLEAN. But I digress. Some people just can't be taught.

Anyway, we tried to make nice and give them a chance to make this right, but they were salty. They only time they would come was the same day at 9pm. Fine. Just get it done, right? WRONG! At 9:52pm she text saying they were on their way, there was an "accident". OMG WHAT? It's 10pm and the kids are sleeping and you want to come back and finish your half done work? No thanks.

During the whole conversation about them coming back the owner was super defensive about the half done work. Complaining that the house was too dirty and they did more than they would normally do- but they didn't even do what she sent me as standard.

I promise the house was a mess! But it wasn't an episode of hoarders. Considering the job here was to come deep clean- it was a job left incomplete. I do not recommend them, I will be filing a report with the BBB and Zelle. I have a full house tour from before and after. Save your money and just hire merry maids. I've had great experiences with them.
