recently serviced the heating unit at my wife's house, I was prompted and efficient, normally I have to run the heater for a while but after having the heater serviced if feels like it doesn't take too long anymore to warm up the place and unit isn't running as long saving me on my energy bill, and that makes the wife happy. definitely recommend this company.

Edit to respond: thanks for your reply. So you're telling me that a tune-up is less expensive than replacing and air filter (which I said I would do myself and the technician did it anyway) and having one of the homeowners change the settings on the thermostat app while the technician watched. VERY poor value for the cost. I do not recommend this company.
OP: Summer of 2021 I was having some issues with my AC decreasing my indoor temperature below 78 degrees. So before summer of 2022 hit, I wanted to look into the issue. A tech came out and said nothing was wrong with my unit, it's just too hot outside to cool below 78 and charged me $85.
After investigating this issue myself, it turns out that I have a 2-stage AC and it was only engaging the low stage. Got it wired correctly and had a much more tolerable summer.
Fast forward to October 2022, I notice that my heater is blowing cold air. I decided to try this company again, thinking perhaps I would get a different tech and/or a better outcome. I was scheduled for 11/7 at 11:00. 2 hours after my appointment time I still hadn't heard from them so I called in and was told they've been busy because of the rain and they will get to me when they can. 2 days later I get a call at 10:11 AM saying a technician was available and to call and confirm if I would be available. By 10:15 he was already knocking on my door (while I was at work). Turns out the settings were wrong on my thermostat so I was charge $200 for an air filter replacement and for the tech to watch my boyfriend change the settings on our thermostat.
The tech was polite and seemed knowledgeable and I'm sure he's only charging what he's told, but considering I have ads sitting on my counter from the mail this week for $100 tune-ups from Lee's and Allbritten, the value for the price here just doesn't add up. I settled-up today but I feel overcharged and underserved. That, coupled with the poor communication from the office has helped me decide to take my business elsewhere in the future.
