recently serviced the heating unit at my wife's house, I was prompted and efficient, normally I have to run the heater for a while but after having the heater serviced if feels like it doesn't take too long anymore to warm up the place and unit isn't running as long saving me on my energy bill, and that makes the wife happy. definitely recommend this company.

Serviced my house a few days ago , Jose Rodriguez was my technician and have to say what an amazing job he did . Very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommended. Forsure will you use again for any future issues if I have any .

Wow, talk about saving me in pinch! I called several places, many of whom were closed on a Sunday, and could not get an appointment for several days. I have a child with XLHED who does not sweat and thus high temperatures are dangerous, and we were very concerned when our A/C went out. Steve responded quickly (while standing on a roof for another job!) and had Martin out to our house within a very short period of time. Martin was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and although he did not have the necessary part on hand, obtained it quickly and finished the repair the same day. Very satisfied with the service.

My 23 year old AC unit but the dust. Talked to several contractors. Jerrod was so much more helpful with right selection including upgrading to a heat pump. The crew install was a pleasure to have in my house. My doorbell decided to to malfunction when heat pump installed and Mike brought me a New one. Awesome group.

I've been using Steve Patrick for over 30 years & have found them to reliable & reasonably priced. They service my air conditioners & furnaces annually-they are on-time & communicate well.

Had Steve Patrick out to install new unit on our house. Great bunch of guys that did the job. After getting a few estimates we went with him being the best price. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend oscar Neri to perform any diagnostic/maintenance on your system he is very thorough and knowledgeable about every system there is. Oscar was my trainer when i started working in this industry and i have been able to use all the techniques that he taught me. He is a very cool trainer, very kind person and his funny. Highly recommend him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Patrick AC and Heating, and I must say, they are nothing short of amazing. After dealing with some of the largest HVAC companies in Fresno, I found myself in a frustrating situation where another company actually turned off my system and tried to convince me that I needed to shell out $20,000-$25,000 for a new heater in my 1400 sq.ft. rental property. Feeling skeptical, I sought second, third, and even fourth opinions.

To my relief, the three companies I consulted with confirmed that there was no serious issue with my heating system that warranted such drastic measures. It makes me wonder how many other residents in Fresno and Clovis have faced similar situations with these supposedly reputable companies. Needless to say, I intend to share my experience by leaving a review on the offending company's website.

The exorbitant price tag quoted for a new heater left me incredulous—I've never heard of a heater costing that much! Fortunately, I reconnected with Steve Patrick, whom I've known for 26 years, and I am sincerely sorry I had lost touch with them. They have now become my go-to HVAC company, and I couldn't be happier with their honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. It took him awhile to get to me but I’m sure I wasn’t the only client that day. They responded the same day the call was made. My landlord used this company. It helps to have a landlord that is quick to call in and approve repairs too. The guy was quick to diagnose and fix problem. Only took a couple hours from start to finish. I don’t know the cost as I am a renter. My blower motor went out and it was 99 that day here in Fresno. Poor guy was on my roof in that heat at the peak of the afternoon! He was a lifesaver!! Very nice and sympathetic to my whining with no complaints. Kudos to him for sweating out the heat just so we can stay cool :)) we offered iced cold water to him while he was working. That was the hottest day of the week.

I just had them install a new unit on my house. The 2 guys that did the work were awesome. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were totally and completely respectful. A++ job.
***UPDATE!!
After our new unit was installed all went extremely well. Until the first time we tried to use the heat. It was then that we found out that our Amazon smart thermostat (which we had previously used and decided to keep) would not operate a heat pump.
So I called for a tech to come check things out. He ended up replacing the Amazon thermostat with the thermostat we were originally offered with our new system. The best part…??? THEY DIDN’T CHARGE US FOR THE NEW THERMOSTAT OR FOR THE SERVICE CALL!!
This company hits it out of the ballpark with customer service.

These guys saved the day! When I woke up on a Sunday with no power to my thermostat and a forecast for 109 I desperately searched all over the internet for someone to come out the same day. While everyone else were not available despite advertising same day emergency service, Steve Patrick returned my call and had a technician at my door within hours. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost was much less than I was expecting to pay for same day service on a Sunday. I could tell that they really care and take pride in helping people.

This company is a great AC company in the valley. Brandon came out and diagnosed my system and told me what was wrong. He fixed what need to be fixed. The prices here at this company are very fair. The company is great & can take care of all your heating and AC needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will only be using this company for my HVAC needs at my home.

Had Brandon back out at my home to help me with my Thermostat. He is such a wonderful person and showed me more things I can do with my thermostat to keep my home warm or cool.

I would like to thank Jose especially because he helped my parents and myself with our heater issues! He explained everything to my parents and myself thoroughly so that they understood exactly what he was doing. Not a lot of people have patience for older couples but Jose did which is appreciated! Jose is such an asset to this company I can’t express that enough. Thank you Jose!

We love Steve Patrick Heating and Air and have used them for at least 20 + years. Oscar did a wonderful job on our winter service call and explained everything that we can do to be proactive in caring for our unit long term. Very much appreciated his time doing
that.

So we had issues with our A/C Sept 2018. So we had home warranty coverage but they kept beating around trying to fix a 32 year old A/C unit. My utility bill was like $550 to $650 a month. So we had a brand new Carrier A/C installed at our house in 2018 by Mike and his crew. They even did all the wiring so I could put in a NEST thermostat to be more energy efficient. The install was smooth and they even put on all my new covers for the returns I had bought and sealed them. Great work and best of all no mess to clean after they left. I did over 16 bids from companies here in Fresno and Clovis over a 2 week span. Steve Patrick wasn't the lowest but compared to 10 others they were like 5k cheaper. They didn't try to sell me additional stuff like the other companies. One company wanted to cut a whole in my ceiling for the return, when I already had 2 returns. I have recommended them to my co-workers and since then 3-4 have used them. I would go back in a heart beat especially now that my utility bills are like $260 in summer 2000 sq ft house A/C at 75 when we are home 78 at night and I run my pool pump 6 hrs a day 7 days a week. Cancelled the home warranty protection I was paying $89 a month. For the savings on utility and not paying warranty investment return in under 3 yrs. Hands down a great and HONEST company about what you really need.

Jose Rodriguez is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a single mother with three kids and don’t know anything about my heater luckily he took the time to help and explain exactly what was needed. I highly recommend this company. Great service

Thomas and Glenn are definitely the “A” team going above and beyond my expectations. They were very thorough and professional, cleaning and analyzing our system in places no one else has. They explained everything in detail and have ordered parts for a needed repair. I will unquestionably request them next time we need Steve Patrick’s service. This is a company you can trust and feel comfortable with them in your home.

For the past five years we've been using Steve Patrick's to do a bi-annual service which has kept our 20+ year old unit running smoothly. During this recent CA excessive heat wave our unit stopped cooling, and they were able to make the repair next day. Cannot be more pleased with this company - From making the appointment, to interacting with the service techs, eveyone is courtious and helpful - would highly recommend for all HVAC needs.
