This company should be ashamed of themselves for the horrible treatment of there workers they don't even get their milage checks for the previous months they are told if they would like to keep there jobs they better just do there job or they will be replaced. How you can make money off the hard working ethics of your employees? Shame on you Jaime if you ever had to choose between gas and daily living expenses you might understand.

Great Company been here for about 2 years started off prresure washing and moved up to Street Sweeper Supervisor great place to work management is awesome always willing to help out with any issues and work with your schedule if your going to school. I enjoy working here a lot and look forward to continue working here.

This company has been my favorite job i have had. The management team is always on top of things. Making sure the staff is taken care of and always have everything they need. They are also there for you as a person. That type of quality is hard to find. I love the friend/family vibe of this company.

Gray company to work for. Managers are great, they really care about there employees. They take time to actually train us not one just one day but for a full 2 weeks. Thank you Miriam and Jaime for working with my schedule and keeping this building to clean every night. Really recommend this company for anyone.

I am currently working for CCS out of Fresno Ca. I am a janitor and I am very pleased to say that this company has been wonderful to work for. My supervisors have excellent communication with me always with great understanding .The company is quick to bring supply and or equipment in new condition as needed.I have great hours ,great pay with room for advancement.I enjoy working for CCS we are like one big family working hard to serve the community with strong work ethics. I've been happy with the cleaning service. Overall, Vanguard has been the most consistent service I've used in 25 years.

Zero stars. Service was great for the first handful of visits, then quality declined drastically. There were cleaning tasks completely missed, others were done poorly, and sanitizing was definitely not happening - there were days their crew was only in our office for 30 minutes. There is no way to clean with quality in that amount of time (company notified via email of decline of quality - no real change after that email). The real kicker came when our office moved. I notified them of our May move in March. I was advised a new quote would be needed, and quoted $160 more for a smaller office, with fewer private offices and bathroom stalls. I advised that we would shop around, as we could not pay more for less space and less service provided - eventually notifying them of our decision to go elsewhere (after they offered to bring rate down to our usual rate for the new office location). We received an invoice after they stated we didn't directly spell out for them, "This is our 30-day notice". Fine, we then stated we needed service for the last month. They all of a sudden couldn't find a crew to do the services on opposite days of our newly hired cleaning crew. They obviously didn't want to provide the last month of service. Ultimately, our manager decided he didn't want them back period, after their display of customer service - and paid the last month without any services rendered. We now have an amazing cleaning crew - a small business that appreciates their new customer and provides excellent cleaning services!! Reach out to me if you'd like their info :)

Vanguard does the cleaning for our church. I tried to cancel our service effective 12/31/2025 but found out it can only be canceled 45 days from the automatic renewal date. I didn’t sign the contract otherwise I would have crossed out such language.
