I finally received a call fron Justin today, 11 days after my review. He was very apologetic and stated that all phone calls went directly to an answering service that failed to notify him of his messages. That still doesn't explain why he didn't respond to my texts and the message I sent via the web page. Nonetheless, he said he did not understand why I had been charge an extra fee of $18. Apparently that is not supposed to happen. He refunded my money. I Because I am happy with the quality of their laundry service, I will do business with them again and see what happens. I believe in second chances and he seemed sincere,
