Another pluming company quoted $1,000 to do the job Valley Star did for &250.00. Service men were courteous and well trained for plumbing work. I have some rentals and work with plumbers often. These people are honest and fair. I am disabled and the other company (Allbritten) knew I couldn’t see their work and they took advantage of the situation. We paid them &1,000. For repair and when they left I still had a leak they wanted another $1,000 to fix. Valley Star came the next day and did it right for. $250.00. I highly recommend you give these people your work.

I was in need of a plumber to repair main water line, reattach gas line to water heater and replace thermocouple to water heater. I searched Google and came across Valley Star Plumbing. I was able to schedule an appointment today to have work completed. Archie and Nico showed up shortly after I scheduled the appointment. Archie asked a few questions and then him and Nico got to work. They repaired all necessary work needed to bring our home back to order, repairing water line, running gas lines and replaced the thermocouple needed for water heater. After a couple of days I smelled gas coming from the water heater. I immediately call Valley Star plumbing and spoke to call agent who sent a crew out to check the water heater. The the gas connection was leaking so they tightened it and it failed to stop the leak. They tried two other actions to try and stop the leak to no avail. In the process the gas connection nut was stripped, I now had to purchase a new water heater and find someone to install it. The day I purchased the new water heater Archie called me and we discussed what happened in trying to repair my old water heater, nonetheless Archie offered to come out with a crew and install the new water heater for me at no charge. This job took a whole new turn when once the water heater was installed the new Bradford white water heater I purchased from Ferguson failed to work. Archie tried several times to get it to work and it just wouldn't. After I spent some time addressing the issue with Ferguson Archie took over. Not only did he fet the part I needed to repair the water heater he personally did the work himself. This is a man who is Honorable and has integrity. I would highly recommend Valley Star plumbing for all you plumbing needs. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Take my word for it, you won't be disappointed. This company and the owner Archie will go above and beyond to take care of his clients. Valley Star plumbing will be my go to plumber from this day forth. Thank you Archie and Valley Star Plumbing.
