Penrose Construction Siding Contractor · Fresno

I worked first hand with Nathan Anderson/Penrose. He is not a licensed contractor. Took my money and abandoned the project after 3 weeks. Leaving unfinished electrical, plumbing and paint. Terrible work!

    Beware of this scammer.
