Brandon at Valley Solar Cleaning had made and missed 5 appointments in a row with me, he responded today, apologized and came over to clean my panels on a Sunday, did a good job.

Panels look super clean at a great price. Last company I had clean them couldn't get the caked dust and hard water off. Kevin from Premier made them look new, I was pleasantly surprised.

Justin Beck tried to sell me Tesla Batteries and in the end asked me to sign away my federal tax credit. What he never told me was that I was not actually buying them but would be leasing them from Travis. Travis would actually own them. Liar! Beware.
Oh, that's why they only offer a 20 year payment plan.

Beware!! Communication was good until they got paid. I use to get updates on my project until they got paid and then it just stopped. They would even change appointments or not show up without calling or informing me. They left a bunch of trash on my yard and roof after install. I cleaned up the yard already and the ones I can reach on my roof but there's still trash up there that I couldn't reach. I've been trying to get them to come out with no luck. They haven't even showed me how the system works until now. There's also pipes now on my roof and ground stakes on the side of my yard that looks awful and hazardous.

I have used Brandon's services for several years He and his team cleaned my solar panels, installed Christmas lights, and washed my windows. I have been very satisfied with these services. Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant. We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again.He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. I am now calling other companies to see how I can get this fixed. I will be filing a small claims action. Please beware before hiring Brandon and his team.

Brandon is thorough and thoughtful. I'll use VS every time I need panels cleaned.
I've been using VS since we had the panels installed in 2016. Always prompt, polite and affordable.

When we moved in, we felt bad for the pigeons (rats with wings, lol) but as time went on, it became super annoying to hear them up there. I got an amazing quote and immediately scheduled the work. They cleaned each solar panel, cleaned the pigeon nests out from behind the panels and they attached the critter guard. The before and after pics are amazing how clean they got them. I will set an alert for them to do regular cleaning every year. The evicted pigeons just flew to the neighbors roof and are quite happy. One last thing I'll mention is that the daily solar output improved measurably after they cleaned the panels. I highly recommend Premier Solar Service.

This is the second time in a row that Solar Maintenance Pros has failed to show up to clean my solar panels.

To be honest, I haven't been happy with this company for quite some time. Even when they do show up, several panels are often missed, and I have to bring them to their attention. In addition, they have broken several roof tiles in the past and had to replace them.

The people performing the actual cleaning are usually young adults (kids, in my book) who seem to lack basic customer service skills when I communicate what needs to be done.

Today, when I called to ask whether they were still coming for my scheduled cleaning, the customer service representative asked, "Did you receive an email confirming that we were actually coming? All appointments are scheduled as tentative."

That's not how appointments are supposed to work. If you schedule an appointment, you show up. If you can't make it, you notify the customer. According to their system, customers are apparently expected to assume the company will not come unless they receive additional confirmation. That approach is completely backward and unacceptable.

Needless to say, I will be looking for another company to maintain my solar panels.
