Excellent service-arrived on time and finished fast. They cleaned up all tree stumps/trimmings. They also hauled off other trimmings from a previous tree we cut down as a courtesy. The price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use these guys again-they went above and beyond what I expected and left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.

I needed to get a 30 ft. tall redwood tree removed from my backyard. It was in a tight spot in the back corner of my lot with the tree branches hanging over into two of my neighbors yards. There was a affixed playhouse and two AC condenser units under it as well. It was clear that a professional would be needed to do the job.

We contacted Travis's Tree Service. They sent out a person for an estimate within 1 day. The contract came within 2 days by e-mail, and I was able to easily electronically sign the document. They set a removal date within 3 business days of signing the contract, and set a price of $1600. Based on the difficulty of the job, this seemed reasonable.

They came with a large crew (6-8) and machinery to handle the removal work. They greeted me, and went straight to work at 7:45 am. The removal and clean-up was complete within 3 hours. They had mats to cover any equipment or property that could potentially be damaged by falling branches. They had staff available to clean up my neighbor yard for any tree debris that fell of my property.

Their license is current with the State Licensing Board, they are bonded, and carry workers compensation insurance. This are important qualities in any contractor.

I was extremely pleased with their promptness, politeness, and the speed & quality of their work. Based on my experience alone, I would highly recommend this business for your tree service needs.

They did a great job with removing very large redwood trees growing close to my house and my neighbour's. Travis the owner himself worked with his team and they all did such a great job for a very reasonable price. Travis also gave us great advice on new elm trees we bought that we are ready to plant. Travis Tree Service for life! They are professional, reasonably priced (best prices in town), licensed, and QUICK! We have 4 huge palms in our backyard that needed annual servicing and they rolled up with man power! The job was completed within the hour. They thoroughly cleaned the tree trimmings afterwards. The trees hang over the pool and the trimming made quite a mess, but they swept the pool and left it clean. 10/10 service! Will definitely continue with annual service. Highly recommend!

Regarding the negative review posted today, Travis Tree Service without a doubt, provides outstanding service all the way around. They are very professional in the way they position their trucks on the street to accommodate garbage trucks and other vehicles. They stagger their trucks so the garbage trucks can still do their pick ups. They even went so far as to help the garbage truck employees with the garbage cans. We have used them several times and will continue to use them. They clean up every little spec and even skim our pool when they are finished. Great pricing, impeccable customer service, including the office staff. You won’t be disappointed if you use Travis Tree Service.

They did a FANTASTIC job today. Got the job done faster and for less money than I've had it done before by another company. Courteous and respectful, they prunes my trees exactly the way I wanted them pruned, and even cleaned up the yard after, being very mindful of all the power lines crisscrossing my yard. I'll absolutely be using them from now on for my mulberry's yearly prune, and they even gave my neighbor a great deal on removing a tree that crosses our property line. From quote to finish, I have had nothing but a great experience. Mark came out and gave me a quote, we scheduled an appt right then and there. Travis and his crew showed up, on time, we discussed the plan and they executed it perfectly. Everyone was respectful of my property and all of the precautions I had put in place (protecting my sprinkler risers). They left it cleaner than they found it. I even got a referral discount because my neighbor was able to have them cut his tree also. Very happy with their service and their crew. Safety was paramount for them too!

Had a great experience with Travis Tree Service. Their pricing was fair. They gave attention to the natural shape of my trees and did a great job cleaning and thinning without hacking them up. They cleaned up after themselves and the owner was on-site for the entire job. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Travis Tree Service!! The team was wonderful! Professional, efficient, quick, friendly. They trimmed my Queen Palms, best price in town. They cleaned up extremely well, and even cleaned out the pool! I will absolutely use them again.

I wish I took a “before picture” but I had only used Travis Tree Service once for trimming, and they did a fast, efficient job. They called around 11am to let me know they were on their way and at 1:30pm I was giving them money for four big Evergreen trees and a trimming on a Pistachio Tree. Very nice, easy going guys and will definitely call them again!

From phone call to estimate to removal everything was fantastic
Was timely professional and my tree that needed to be removed was close to a shed and in between the fence and somehow they removed the entire tree safely without breaking anything around it

I highly recommend Travis Tree Service. I had a large branch snap. They were able to accommodate my timeframe and take care of the problem and trim some other trees. The office is professional and easy to communicate with. The company is punctual. They cleaned up and left my and my neighbor’s yards cleaner than they were before. My husband and I hired Travis and his team to do tree work at our new home. We had previously gotten a quote from another company but I am so happy I found Travis Tree Service online and decided to get a quote because not only was their pricing competitive, their work was absolutely perfect. We had quite a few trees removed, two of them being large redwoods, as well as some tree trimming and they did a phenomenal job. We are super happy and I highly recommended them, we will definitely be using them again!

This company is incredible. I called them to get a quote and in less than 3 days we got the bid and the our MASSIVE oak was perfectly pruned. It was definitely not a job for the weak and Travis and his guys got the job done! I am so impressed with the teamwork and organization. Everyone was properly geared up and Travis, the owner, made sure all his guys were taken care of throughout the project. As a business owner myself, I can certainly appreciate the care and respect he has for his employees and that for me is 5 star service ALL DAY. If that means his fees may be a bit higher that other bids - so be it, worth every penny.
