This was definitely a great decision to go with NW exteriors, the salesman Steve Novella really explained everything thoroughly, delivered great products and the installation team was fantastic. Very happy with the whole process and they're very competitive as well.

I have had dealings with Ruth from Northwest Exteriors for 2 jobs. I cannot stress enough how delightful she is as well as being professional and knowing her job. The workers who have come out to do my 2 security doors have been professional, fast, and efficient. I have had nothing to complain about. I would recommend Northwest without any hesitation at all. The team was on time and quick. I had 4 sliders and 4 windows. One window was a picture window and I knew it was going to be the problem child. I tried for a over a week to get contractors out to replace some of the rot. I was panicked when I couldn’t find anyone and no one would respond. The company said they will ask their installers if they could do, but it would be a separate job. They definitely came through for me. They would have had it all done in one day if it weren’t for the big window. Great crew.

We put off our front door replacement project for as long as possible because it was so daunting. We had three companies come out for estimates, and the whole experience with James at Northwest was head and shoulders above all the rest. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. We got the quote on the spot and got the ball rolling because it seemed to be a no brainer to go with Northwest. Everything went like clockwork, from ordering to scheduling, to installation. The installers came this morning and finished in record time, doing a beautiful and professional job. We absolutely love our new front door and give Northwest Exteriors our highest recommendation.

Had a great experience with them got 4 windows done price was reasonable not the cheapest not the most expensive the anlin windows are top quality with a great warranty. Only thing I really didn’t like was the wait witch was about 3 months. I would recommend them to family friends and would work with them again.

We recently had new windows added to our master bathroom. Northwest Exteriors had to complete a job that was previously started by another company and did it effortlessly. Additionally, the new window ordered and installed was perfect and looks great!

Pat and Darrin from Northwest were right on time the morning of my installation done to my house. These two guys were very professional and personable. They knew their jobs very well. I’m very satisfied with the work and would recommend Northwest to anyone interested in home improvements.

Had 9 windows installed by Berry, Emma and Devin the other day and the work was fast and professional. They did not stop except for lunch and completed the job faster than I expected. Northwest Exteriors installed a new patio door recently and it is gorgeous! They installed quickly and professionally. They previously installed 3 windows in my kitchen and I’m really happy with everything. I will have them back soon to do more work.

Very happy with my windows and Northwest Exteriors professionalism, quick installation and no fuss clean up. I had all windows replaced (10) including a slider and it only took about 6 hours. They look great, save on AC and reduce outside noise a lot.

Our windows arrived early and Northwest was ready to install at our convenience. Darren, Jay and Pat were on time, friendly and professional. They finished installing our new window and sliding glass door in one day. They were both cutouts and moving of electrical, so it was a big job. We appreciated how they respected our house and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We would definitely use them again!

On June 11th 2025 William showed up to install new slider with dog door. So excited and very happy with the new door. Now if only I can get the dogs to use it🤣.
William was great, clean, professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing from start to finish. Overall I am very satisfied with the new door. There is a sign on my front lawn and people have been taken pictures of the NW contact info. Give them a call they are the best.

Northwest Exteriors was great from the first sales visit to the final high-quality installation. We love our new windows! They have increased our house’s efficiency and (surprisingly) decreased exterior noise levels beyond our expectations! (No more annoying interruptions from lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and loud cars and motorcycles). The aesthetics of our new custom windows are equally pleasing, making our home feel even more upscale.
