Received an unsolicited telephone call from Northwest Exteriors asking questions about the home like we were long lost friends. He mentioned replacement windows blah blaj blah and I told the guy, No thanks, I'm not interested and he continued to ask questions. I repeated No thanks, I'm not interested and he says, Thats not what I asked. I terminated the phone call. Why would I ever do business with this company? Beware folks.

This was definitely a great decision to go with NW exteriors, the salesman Steve Novella really explained everything thoroughly, delivered great products and the installation team was fantastic. Very happy with the whole process and they're very competitive as well.
