Poor customer service interaction. They also have a lack of transparency regarding collection efforts and no supporting documentation provided. Additionally, there was an unwillingness to take accountability for accounting errors and notices sent to clients.

Fullerton Electric Company definitely exceeded our expectations. They repaired the electrical problem we were having very quickly and completely -- and it was entirely free-of-charge! If we have an electrical issue again, we will not hesitate to call Fullerton Electric Company again.

Joe did a great job checking out our kitchen ceiling lights. Only needed bulbs, thankfully. Also replaced 3 others, including industrial lighting for my art studio. Very pleased with the work and Joe's friendly countenance. We've used this company several times and they do not disappoint!

Fullerton Electric installed several outlets and a lighting fixture a year ago. Seven of the outlets had to be replaced due to shoddy work. The lighting fixture also no longer works on the dimmer they installed. I had brought the poor workmanship to their attention, but the owner decided to insult me instead of repair the work. I do not typically write reviews, except I would never want my friends and neighbors to go through what I have.

Do yourself a favor and hire another company. Also, read the Yelp reviews. You will find I am not the only person who has had such difficulties with this company.

The worst service I've ever experienced. It took 3 weeks of calling and emailed to even schedule anything. They said they would send a date after 3 weeks of emailing. They NEVER sent the date they were going to come out. Never confirmed the date or any communication. Every time I called no one is available except for 1 accounting girl at a time. The owner or any managers are never available. They came out one RANDOM day without any notice or attempt communicate. I get an email from Tifanny saying they're going to charge us for the service call (even though they did NO WORK). when we were never informed they were coming over. No call, no email, no nothing.
The only communication we ever received from the was charging for a service call they DID NOT schedule with us and did no work in.
Can't get a hold of the owner but I need him to know if he's aware that this is how his business is being run.

Best electric company you can hire !! Don Holly Sr. Is the best . He’s been in the electric business since 1962. You can’t count on anyone else but Fullerton electric company. Reliable , efficient, prices are fair . Best in Orange County . Give them a call for any electrical problems.

Don was amazing helping me with a potentially critical issue. I work at a church & preschool and I was concerned that the issue we were having would result in the evacuation of the school. I cannot be more grateful and relieved. Don was able to help, and save us a bunch of money in the process. Absolutely would recommend.

Save your money, save your time. If you're a female or if you stand with females, please take your business elsewhere. This company is incredibly unprofessional. It was awful dealing with them as they are, unfortunately, very ignorant. There are plenty of reputable electric companies in Orange County that are better equipped and knowledgable.

Our Community Homeowners Association used Fullerton Electric to replace older Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs) with new Light Emitting Diode (LED) fixtures in our clubhouse and restrooms. We also had them replace florescent work lights in our pool pump room with LED lighting. In both cases, the lighting is brighter and provides better illumination in all areas and is much more energy efficient. We should cut our electrical consumption by about 50 percent. We are currently using Fullerton Electric on a new lighting project because of the great service they provided on our first project together.

After dragging my feet for years on replacing our electrical panel, we finally bit the bullet and did it. Fullerton Electric did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They didn't cut any corners and took an extra day to make sure it was done properly. They also got it permitted which some contractors will try to skip. Respectful and cleaned up after themselves. As good as it gets. Would recommend 10/10
