The job required about seven days to complete, but Martín had a large team working each day, ensuring it got done efficiently.

The site was immaculately organized and clean throughout the workday, with the crew leaving everything spotless before departing. After the project finished, I discovered a couple of minor issues that needed attention. Martín promptly sent a worker to fix these problems, which we later found a few more.

Despite my occasional missed calls left for him, Martín responded quickly and efficiently each time. His professionalism, reliability, pleasant demeanor, and willingness to address concerns are all notable strengths. He stands by his work with genuine honesty and integrity.

The manager, Martin, sent an AC specialist to investigate a foul smell emanating from my unit. The issue turned out to be a sewage leak in the basement, which the technician noted. However, when I asked about getting a report, Martin told me it was up to my property manager, whose company is uncooperative and unwilling to provide any information.

I pressed Martin on this, asking him to consider turning over the report to either the city or my renters insurance company as a way to resolve the issue. His response was that he couldn't help, citing his contract with Drake Real Estate. This only added insult to injury, given that I'd already paid rent for an uninhabitable apartment.

I'm baffled by the lack of corporate accountability within this organization. It's clear that their interests are prioritized over those of their tenants, and it's appalling. Martin's prioritization of his contract over doing the right thing is a stark example of this. His greed and refusal to help are deeply disappointing.
