Chasen Atherton took care of us today. He was magnificent. He was clean, friendly and efficient! It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber!! I highly recommend Innovative and Chasen!!!

Chasen is awesome. He's going to be my go-to plumbing contractor from now on. House's main sewer was backed up and draining extremely slow. After several failed attempts at trying to clear it myself, I called Chasen up. He was referred by a family member. He came out later that day and worked through after the sunset to clear out root issues that I had. Going at it a few more times even after drain was flowing to clear out stubborn roots (he showed me the scope camera feed, they were big). I had also asked him to quote me to install a main clean-out. There was no need, he located it in my front yard sitting underneath a stepping stone. I had no idea I had one. He saved me some major bucks there. Not only that, his fee for clearing out the roots was very reasonable. He also gave me some tips with the city's sewer root maintenance program (city's tree). All-around great person to deal with. I highly recommend Innovative: great service, friendly, hard-working, reasonable fees.

Finding a plumber on a Sunday is no easy task, so I was lucky Chasen was willing and that I got his name from a friend.

What we thought was a standard toilet clogged drain turned into a 3 hour job. On the positive, all the drains from the kitchen and bathrooms were checked and cleared.

He showed me the challenges with my pipes that could cause this again using the camera. But I am more informed to help prevent in the future.

He is definitely saved as my go to next time I have a plumbing need.

Was referred by another business but my experience was not good. Explanation of why bathroom sink drains were slow was something related to human saliva, some outside valves were replaced (perhaps two years ago) had to be replaced again. Requested a follow up about a shower control and drain but no return call. Expensive and not pleasant.
