After 20 years my water heater needed replacing. I found WATER HEATER WH from a neighborhood app they came highly recommended. Was given a quote online and scheduled next day install. Very impressed on the how professional their technicians were. Not an easy job from what I could see. They were informative and advised I get a yearly washout not sure if that is the correct term. Thanks WHW!!
Sergio with water heater warehouse was awesome. Before he arrived, I thought I would have to change out my heater altogether. However he took time, patiently studied the problem, realized that the problem was just caused by a bad valve. Cleaned it out, and it started working!

I called to schedule a tank-less water heater installation and the process was great We received a text giving us the date, time, and name of the tech that was scheduled to arrive. The process was great because they kept us in the loop all along the way The tech named Art arrived before his scheduled time which was fantastic. Art was very friendly and professional The work was completed and they provided details all along the way They removed the old water heater, cleaned up the area and improved the aesthetic with the tank-less option The installation was quick and seamless I added pictures of the before and after the installation below so you can see the quality of the work by this company We will definitely be using Water Heater Warehouse again and we highly recommend them
Techs seem to have little or no knowledge of the tankless water heater. Communication with was difficult. They were unable to diagnose the problem and left without fixing the problem.
