A HUGE shout out to Cotty's Carpet Restoration for saving us the price of new carpeting!!! Recently we had grease from our garage floor tracked in all over our carpet. After spending many hours online looking to replace our carpet, which we loved, a friend suggested trying carpet restoration first. Got a rec for Cotty's AND THEY COMPLETELY RESTORED OUR CARPET SO THAT IT LOOKED LIKE NEW!!! Not only did they remove every stain, but they also cleaned it and even took out some folds that were beginning. They stayed for hours, covering all our floors from their machines and hoses. Working hard every minute. Very reasonable, especially considering all that we saved by not having to buy new carpet. Martín Cotty, the owner, was a complete pleasure to have in our home and we have a carpet cleaner for life!

So, I was looking for a good area carpet cleaner and came across Cotty, I gave them a call. From the beginning they were friendly. So, I decided to go with them. I had them do a 5x7 first to try them out. They were quick, responsive and professional. I went back to them 3 more times with different area rugs and every time was a great experience. these guys are GOOOD. Extremely professional and affordable. I HIGHLY recommend them

Great service!!! Martin Jr. Really was our hero! Didn't have insurance and was terrified of the damage, Martin and his crew were fast, professional, and was cheaper than originally quoted. We had water leeching up into the drywall and were close to having to scrap it all. Martin's crew not only removed the water and unsalvageable materials, they managed to save most of the effected areas thought lost and drove our final bill way down.

Martin and team at COTTY are simply the best. We’ve had them back multiple times to have our carpets cleaned. He is a consummate professional and they always do an excellent job and they are very fair. I highly recommend them as they are truly the best!!

Great service, Showed up one hour after my call. Wet carpet from leak in living room. They set up blowers and extractors and gave me a quote for the full operation. They returned, when promised. finished the job, much under the initial quote.
Martin Perez Jr. And his helpers were informative, and very Professional. 4 years later due to a pin hole leak in a 1/2 inch copper pipe in the wall between laundry room and master bath room I again called Martin. With water flooding in 3 rooms and me in a panic Martin came to my rescue and was able to handle all the details and knew what to do and who to call for additional help.

Martin from Cotty restoration is an excellent choice for water damage restoration. He is very professional and knowledgeable with his work. I had an water damage at my house. So I called couple water damage repair companies early in the morning but they whether not answering the call or telling me they can’t come because my house is not in their service area. Martin answered my call promptly and set up an appointment best time that works for me. He came and inspected my house and explained me in a very detailed manner. He showed me which area might got water damaged and explained me how the process will go thru and what will be happened when restoration begins. He also generated a water damage report within a day that i could just simply send it to my insurance company. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Martin at COTTY Restoration saved us. Our office was flooded when we came into work this morning. We called a couple businesses in the area but they all said they would come after 5pm!
