We have had a maintenance contract for our furnace for several years and have always been very happy with the service. They always reach out to schedule our regular furnace check-ups twice a year. Whenever we have an issue, they are quick to respond. Recently, we noticed our furnace wasn’t working properly, so I called and someone answered right away. Richard arrived within two hours, added what was needed, and got the furnace running again. He came back a couple of days later and found there was a problem with the compressor. They ordered a new compressor, and it was installed within a couple of weeks, likely covered under warranty. Wesley and Luke did a great job with the installation.
