They are doing a good job at 6ft distancing. The return department is staffed with good people and are doing a good job at helping and directing people efficiently at the checkouts and product placement.

Do not go here for shutter installation; It started 2 years ago labor day; took 4 months for them to install it; then they install the wrong one because they thought my windows have sills. What's worse is the shutter is uneven; you can see the shutters are going down towards the middle. They reinstalled it 2x (thus additional months each) but no luck at all. It looks horrible, cost me 2k; i should have gone to local business. Pls keep in mind home depot subcontracts; so you pay home depot; home depot subcontracts other business; measures and assess what they need to do, and submit it to home depot. Home depot in turn completes the business. The shutters were made and fabricated in China (found out after the transaction) quality is poor and it's really messed up. I might ask them to fix this again; but I am not sure where this would be all going because it's going to be the same thing. To be fair with them; they really tried; but at the end of the day I am the idiot who never have trusted a specialist who should know what they shoud have been doing.

Total disappointment..

We are planning to redo our kitchen, Pedron the Kitchen dept. Manger has excellent customer service skills. We had everything set. Appointment was made...and 30min before the scheduled appointment for i get a cancellation call...I mean really?!? 30mins...what the heck is that, so I put other things on hold for a scheduled appointment and this is the professional way to treat a Customer. Home depot you wasted me and my family's time.

I will look for service somewhere else.

Oh where do I began? Home Depot has had problems with both of my appliance orders and I have been waiting for my installation for 3 months now. I can't believe Home Depot is this bad. Really, really disappointed. I keep thinking it can't get worse, can it? How can they mess up on all three of my orders? I opened a claim with them, but I don't see any escalation in assisting with my install through this process. I asked to speak to the supervisor, they tell me they emailed her twice and still no response. This was months ago. Then I get these calls from a legal team?! What is this? A show of force? They call and hang up leaving no message. It has been a nightmare. Really, no joke. Stay clear, be safe and invest elsewhere.

I dont know much of this company. But will never condone a company with bad drivers. One of their work pick up truck with their logo drove recklessly and merging in and out of the freeway carpool lane as a solo driver in 10 E freeway near West Covina. Your company logo is literally advertised everywhere on this one truck. Bad driver reflect your company reputation. Educate your workers to better represent your company in public.

The truck drivers don't come here, the management is chaotic, and no one tells the drivers what to do?

They are quick to unload but you have to come in reverse to dock otherwise you are doing blind side backing

No a good place to pick up / delivery a load, no much room for semitrucks and long loading process, more than 5 hours
