Professional Drainage Experts

We had Professional Drainage Experts design and install a drainage system to protect our home from water intrusion, and the entire experience was outstanding.

From the beginning, Foster was responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our property, answered every question we had, and provided a detailed plan that gave us complete confidence in moving forward.

Once the project began, Julio and his crew were exceptional. Julio was on site every day, kept us informed throughout the process, and his attention to detail was second to none. Early in the project, he even identified a previously unknown leak on our property that could have easily gone unnoticed and made sure it was addressed.

What stood out most was the level of care the entire team put into their work. They weren't just completing a project. They were making sure it was done correctly and built to protect our home for years to come.

Thank you to Shanese, Foster, Julio, and the entire team at Professional Drainage Experts. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience with Professional Drainage Experts in Garden Grove, especially working with Shanese.

When she came to my home, Shanese took the time to thoroughly inspect the situation and educate me about the services her company offers. She patiently explained my options, her recommendations, and the reasoning behind them, which helped me better understand the issues and potential solutions.

As an engineer, I have a solid understanding of the physics behind drainage systems, water management around foundations, and the importance of preventive measures. I appreciated Shanese's willingness to address all of my technical questions. She answered each one thoughtfully and patiently, demonstrating both knowledge and professionalism throughout the process.

I was also impressed by how quickly she provided a detailed estimate. The proposal was comprehensive and clearly outlined the scope of work, recommended solutions, and associated costs, making it easy to evaluate my options and make an informed decision.

What stood out most was Shanese's follow-up and communication. She stayed in touch, responded promptly to my questions, and ensured I had all the information I needed. At no point did I feel pressured to move forward with their services. Instead, she focused on being helpful, informative, and responsive, which I greatly appreciated.

We have not yet begun the project with Professional Drainage Experts, but based on my experience so far, I have been very impressed. If we move forward with the work, I look forward to sharing another review regarding the quality of the installation and results.

If you're looking for a company that values customer education, transparency, and excellent service, I highly recommend Professional Drainage Experts. Shanese is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.
