This company is a rip off and does bad work!! The worst!! I discussed and asked for a complete re-pipe of my waste water lines. They back and forth was crazy but finally whole house for $8000!!! I thought instead of calling a re-pipe company for less than half for a whole house, I will use a professional plummer. I knew I had some issues that would need an experienced hand. I told them, "I don't want to have to worry about this for 30 years". Now only 5 months later, come to find that they did NOT re-pipe my home from the appliance, they cut into the cast iron and put only partial new pipe. Now there is a leak in that connection I paid 8 grand! Also the charge was supposed to be so high because they were going to go through dry wall and checkout and price another leak. That never happened!!! The invoice is another bait and switch!! It is written on the invoice, twice, that they were going to cut into our drywall to check it out but that never occurred. How much of the 8 grand was for that?? Then when I called to ask them to fix the leak, they made me feel like not only was it my fault but that I asked for work not to be done. If that were the case, why charge full price? Why would I or my husband ask for work NOT to be done that were were charged for?? I feel like this company is a big rip off and bait and switch. There is SO much more I want to say about this experience but forget it. Just don't waste your time or get charged twice the price by these theifs!!! I'm calling another company to fix it properly and taking this one to small claims court to re-coup the loss!
