Chris is a top-notch professional. Everything about my repair was better than I expected. I noticed the leak right at end of day, worried that I’d have to wait until tomorrow. But Chris saved the day! His work was quick, efficient, and left the area cleaner than when he started. Along the way he gave me advice about my water heater. A total class act! 5 stars for plumbing service? YES! You know how it is when the kitchen sink starts to backup and the wife is freaking out because dirty water is everywhere, you need a plumber fast. Well, that was my experience with Professional Plumbing, fast and efficient service. And they even explained why we continually have the same problem - there's a drop or bow in the main line that gets filled up with heavy stuff like paper and grease. The recommendation is to do a regular cleanout, like every 3-6 months, which I think is better (and cheaper) than replacing kitchen flooring and cabinets. (Been there, done that).
Thank you Professional Plumbing, you saved my ass!
