One of your vehicles hit my vehicle and I have been trying for 3 weeks now to communicate with the risk management who has been completely non-responsive I should have called the police on the scene. They won't give me their insurance nor will they call me back. These are your marks of a company that is dodgy at best. Good luck dealing with them. I haven't had any success.

we hired shine time prime and his team to wash the carpets in our office they did an amazing job they also did pressure washing outside of our office building and they cleaned all the surrounding areas walkways pressure washed everything clean we highly recommend the team at shine time prime Julian and his crew are amazing

I recently had my carpets cleaned by a great company Shinetime Prime. I found them by accident online. So I call the owner Julian he immediately scheduled me and appointment. His professional crew came over and they got the job done. I was definitely happy with the results, it looked great and it didn't break the bank. I'm definitely keeping his number and going to tell my family and friends.

I have been using this service for over 12 years and I have been very happy with it. The people have done an excellent job cleaning my space. I only get the basic cleaning.

Worst ever, carpet not clean at all, said they could remove stains but didn't, refused to come back to look at their poor job, wanted us to pay to have the carpet cleaned again, will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone

These guys are terrific. Scheduling was super easy and quick. The two gentleman who provided the service were knowledgeable, totally respectful of our space and did a beautiful job!

I hired them to clean a sofa . Over the phone they told me it will cost $115 without mentioning this is just an estimate not a firm price. I gave them my credit card to make sure they will charge me and not the actual owner of the sofa. After they have cleaned the sofa , without telling me ,they just asked the sofa owner to pay for the services and invoiced for $395. I called them several times to dispute it and I was told that it's impossible as they told me over the phone that just an estimate what's not true. After I insisted few times to dispute this charge they finally gave me the phone number for their billing department, but when you call on it it goes straight to the voicemail every single time. I called that phone number more than 5 times and left few voicemails asking to be called back and in 2 weeks I got no call back from them. After this I called again their main office and told it's impossible to get in touch with their billing department on what they replied me "we don't issue refunds". So this guys are underestimating you over the phone, when they come at your place to perform the services they don't provide you with a new estimate, they perform the services and overcharging you . Just be aware of these scammers and make sure you are getting a final estimate. Will not use them never again and will not recommend this company to anybody .

Quoted a significantly lower price over the phone. Couch was clean, just had light cigarette smell. Even after shampoo, smells exactly the same. I paid them $250 to wet my couch pretty much. Never again.

John is very professional and gave me an amazing deal after seeing I was so stressed out from having my carpets so dirty from my kids and dog. I found this business online, which has good reviews. So I booked appointment to clean my carpet. Next day morning they sent a guy named GOBI very Unprofessional. When I booked appointment I got an estimated amount. When this guy GOBI came, he is says different quote. And he don’t know want was the actual quote. He just simple says random number. When I told him to call your manger and verify. He called and they said the same thing what I told. This guy started use Unprofessional words to me. I was surprised. I told him to stop the work and get out of my Property.

Robert did a phenominal job on our carpet definitely will have him on my speed dial for future cleaning. He did a superb job with my carpet and nasty tile. He knows his craft and answered all of my questions with the most expertise. And a very reasonal price!

We really needed our carpets clean due to our dog that occasionally pees upstairs in our loft. I called just after 8am and the guy told me he had a cancellation that day and they were able to come at 1230 to clean our carpet. We had our living room, staircase, and loft done for a reasonable price in a timely manner. All of the odor was gone and the carpets looked like new! the staff did a routine maintenance cleaning and it went fine, no big issues or delays. airflow improved a bit and dryer works smoother now. they checked connections and made sure lint trap area was clear. nothing stood out as exceptional but it was a steady and reliable service overall.
