Wonderful experience with this efficient company. They called night before to advise me what time they expected to arrive for work. They kept me informed of all action, planned and executed. Very clean, professional, experienced, efficient, respectful and helpful. The BEST! Highly recommend these experts!! Was a tough job, hot water pipe broke under building, they had to go into that dark, wet, moldy crawl space to set up drying units, and checked nearly daily in person! Also continuously checked the reading of moisture content inside my apartment, in the walls, the floors and ceilings. Then they expertly performed the demolition of water-damaged walls, floors, ceilings, and cabinets. They carefully plastic-wrapped items that were left by a previous company and also removed more items left by that same company and were very reassuring to me of my belongings. Recommend these folks 1 million percent! And office folks were also wonderful to deal with, kind, efficient, helpful, took time explaining things to me in simple laymen’s terms! Thank you! The guys on site explained things to me also, just was so stressful I forgot some of their explanations. Thank you ServPro!!
