What makes a company good is not their product or their ability to perform a duty, it is their way of communicating with their customers in a polite fashion and to provide the best service they can.

I wouldn't get angry at the post office for not being able to cook a great hamburger. Shouldn't a plumbing service provide PLUMBING?

Worst experience ever. We gave them two chances to fix their errors and failed again the second time. Had a house in gilroy took 25 min and charged 200 dollars. The entire water pressure was normal but after they came to fix the water temp issue, they messed up the water pressure. It's like someone is peeing out of our shower.

We called them, then they blamed us and said that it was our fault and we must have touched something.

Real good customer service. They came yesterday, the water pressure is gone and now they are complaining and now accusing me that I touched something.

That must be the way he operates business.

I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Each category of the above criteria were met, hence 5 stars. The workers were very personable which is an added bonus. Will use them again for any plumbing issue. Thank you Ernie's.

I called this morning, and they showed up 25 minutes later. I might have been really lucky but the response time was very fast! Miguel was the plumber that helped unclog my main sewer line from the toilet. He did not waste any time, and he made me laugh while performing his job. I will most definitely call Ernie’s plumbing for any of my plumbing needs!

We have called on Ernie's Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Once they came out to fix our trash disposal. We left for a month's vacation before we could use it. When we came back and used it, it was not working. Ernie came back and did not charge us to fix it again. They also offer senior discount.

As original owners ,we have been our home for over 40 years . We are in the early 80's and for peace of mind decided to call a plumber and called Ernie's plumbing. A young man Fernando arrived and after a complete check , all was good. However, the best part was the courtesy and professional evaluation in addition to a fantastic low price. Thanks

John and his assistant were completely friendly and efficient. They came out within a day of our call, installed a toilet then began installation of a sink. I had purchased the wrong type of faucet so they had to come back the next day to complete the job after I’d obtained the correct faucet.

Their work was excellent, they didn’t complain about my faucet mix-up, and they returned swiftly to finish the job.

I am very pleased with the services I received from Ernie's Plumbing. Ben did a great job repairing my shower faucet which had frozen. He was competent, professional, polite, and personable--an excellent representative of the company. I would use Ernie's again in a heartbeat for any plumbing needs.

The upstairs wall furnace in my duplex quit working this spring. Ernie came to fix it but since it was too old, replacement parts were not available. We scheduled a replacement furnace and the installed it. Earnie's has been my "go to" for plumbing and heating problems for over 30 years. Great company and people!

I had a Navien tankless water heater installed several years ago by someone else. The installer did a great job, but after about a month when there was a fault/error code and the heater stopped, he said to unplug it and plug it back in.
Going forward, this happened several times so I called Navien; they recommended I get an authorized service tech out there so they could troubleshoot the issue over the phone.
I called Ernie's, the closest Navien approved company. Ben came out the next day, got on the phone with Navien and ordered a new PCB under warranty. Because I took to long to address this, labor was not covered, but that's understandable. And it was very reasonable. Less than a week later I now have a fixed tankless.

Ben and Ernie's were incredible; they're my new go to for plumbing issues.

A MUST READ. Thanksgiving evening 2024. Family in town. Water heater control module/ thermostat went out. No hot water! I called Ernies. New customer. A technician named Mario called me back and immediately tried to upsell me a new water heater. I told him mine is only 4 years old and I just needed the thermostat module replaced. He said, "no one has that part" and I could "contact the manufacturer and check if it's under warranty and if so, the part would take several working days to arrive and I could call him to come install it or, if I dont want to wait and want hot water now, they have water heaters." In the end, I found another local technician (Reilly's Plumbing) that listened to my issue, had the part, came over, shook my hand, and replaced it on the spot Thanksgiving night. Astounding! Some people care less about honest, good business and reputation than they do about money. A story more and more familiar in today's world I'm afraid. Sadly. Bottomline, yall look elsewhere. Don't be fooled. Goodluck.
