Marshall Geoscience did an outstanding job on our recent project in Los Angeles, which involved the demolition and fill-up of an old swimming pool and subsequent construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (“ADU”) in our apartment complex. They were responsible for the bottom observation, observation and testing of compaction, as well as final rough grade and the foundation inspection for the ADU. The project site was in a liquefaction and methane zone, so liquefaction analysis was required in the soil report as well as a separate methane report. Their expertise truly shine through. The team provided a detailed daily field memos and a clear compaction report that was instrumental in ensuring the site was prepared to the highest standards.

I live on a hillside property and was having several problems with my residence, including uneven floors inside the house and on the deck, settlement, water seepage on the slope, tilting retaining walls, cracks on the wall. One of my properties in Glendale had a sewage leak. It smelled awful and I run an Air bnb out of the property. The tenant at the time called me to let me know the situation. I called Servpro of Central Glendale to get someone to fix it. I assumed it was a sewage pipe from the smell the tenants described. I was right and the Servpro guys were able to get it done same day. My tenants and I thank you guys for the great service!

This review is not about their service but the workers here. This place is in a residential area. They park their green work vans on the street taking parking from the people that actually live around here. Meanwhile their own parking lot is empty (as seen on the images below). I seen some employees that park their work vans just to save parking for their own car when they come into work. I

RESTOKLEEN is by far the best restoration company out there. I had a leak in my house so I called them and they came quickly. They told me the amount of water damage done and gave me a plan about how they would procced and were super helpful to answering any questions. I recommend to anyone looking for restoration.

Thanks to Restokleen my house has returned back to normal. After a pipe burst in the bathroom there was water damage everywhere and even mold growing in the walls which I didn’t even know about, but the whole team came assess the situation and told me what needed to get done and they got to work. Cannot recommend Restokleen enough for the help and peace they brought to my home.
