His team of architects, engineers, and labor workers were professional and made the process very smooth. Totally appreciate his passion and patiences.

Gary is a one of a kind General Contractor. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. He is fair and honest. Of 100 Contractors, how many would you say fit that description..

We worked with Gary again to repair the "garage" in the rear of our property. I use garage loosely because it was more like a shack that was leaning over with a leaky roof and doors that had to be propped up with sticks.
Gary and the crew worked their magic to repair the framing, install a new roof, windows and new siding to match the house. The fact they were able to salvage it without tearing down is astonishing. Now it looks like a lovely extension of the house instead of a creepy shack - 11/10 would build again.

GK Construction has worked for us twice - once a complete remodel of an apartment and also he renovated an industrial space for us. In both cases Gary quickly and expertly transformed our spaces. He has a big crew of very skilled workers who showed up every day, including Saturdays. There was not a minute wasted which was important to us.
We will definitely work with him again. He is a Pro and you'd be lucky to have him work on your project

Gary was able to come over on quick notice to do a walkthrough of various projects we were thinking about doing and give us an on-the-spot estimate which he followed up with a quote about a week later. We wanted a wall removed for two closets to be joined, multiple rooms of carpet to be changed to laminate, drywall for the garage, and a new closet to be built--so a real smorgasbord of stuff.

Gary gave an incredibly reasonable quote for the work and was able to start when it was most convenient for me. For the long list of projects above, it only took about 6 days of actual work from him and his crew, and he kept me updated at every step of the way. When an unexpected issue arose regarding a beam, he gave me my options, gave me reasonable prices for different alternative solutions, and gave his suggestion which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the whole process, Gary made sure everything was to my satisfaction and drew my attention to any issues that arose to give his advice and get my direction.

My home is significantly improved at a very reasonable price thanks to Gary and his work and my wife and I are both thrilled at the results. I cannot recommend him highly enough when you are soliciting quotes for general contracting work in your home.

We had GK Construction install french doors in the back of our house, which included stucco work, some finessing of the wood door frame, patching-- a lot of small details that matter. When the work was done, everything looked perfect. Gary was extremely direct and clear in his communication, with zero drama and no surprises. He and his crew showed up together on time each day, and got the work done in the time frame he gave to us initially. The total price was very reasonable. I would trust Gary with a much larger renovation based on my experience with him. GK General Construction is the kind of honest, dependable contractor you feel grateful for from the first day of the job to the last.

We have been working with Gary on several different projects of complete renovations of homes including square foot additions to complete new structures. He's been great to work with. Very timely, does what he says in the time frame he says. Work just keeps moving along and his crew is always on top of things. His prices are very reasonable and he's also a very pleasant man. It's 2024 and another edit.

Gary is wonderful. I had another renovation to do for my mother so of course I trusted this to Gary. As always, he was prompt, fair, and thorough. He converted a bathtub to a walk-in shower, replaced carpet with all new flooring, along with many other general fixes. Not to mention the nice touch-ups that needed to be done, that I didn't even think to ask about.

So that's a total 3 renovations and a brand new construction ADU) from GK General Construction. Highly recommend you reach out to Gary. You will not be disappointed.

Simply put, Gary is amazing. He's done 3 renovations for us over the years. Last year's job was a complete renovation where Gary gutted a house down to the studs and built it back up. This means floors, windows, walls, kitchen, bath - you name it! The family and I are more than excited living in our new place. Highly recommended! My experience with Cascade Construction was very satisfying. I was referred by a friend who had a remodeling prject with them. I was looking to build an Adu and converting my garage. The project took 9 months to be fully completed. They helped me with permits, design and construction.
Everything in that project was handled by them and I did not have to intervene or worry about the process. During the whole project they walked me through and I can surely say that their commitment and management skills are on the highest level.
Specially want to thank fo bringing this project to life within the budget that we agreed from the beginning. At first I had some doubts that during construction projects budget can be slightly change but not with this company. I assure that everything we agreed in the beginning we kept in the budget.
