I purchased a chandelier from my local lamps plus and was told their installer is Zenith Electric. I had my chandelier installed 01/24/23 by Loris for $1000. Unfortunately, the chandelier was installed incorrectly and uneven. I pointed this out and was told there was nothing they could do, as they didn't want to be late for their next appointment. I was rushed by tech to sign, being told that my signature was acknowledging "nothing was damaged" but in truth signed for satisfaction of installation. Now they are charging me $500 dollars to come back out to “repair” their mistake.

Update(response): Multiple request were not made, only the one comment of the chandelier looking un-even. After receiving the quote and poor assistance from Zenith I contracted different installation company that corrected the mistake for $50--ten times less then Zenith. I created the review to share my experience. A large price tag does not guarantee decent customer service or that the job will be done correctly.

Best EV charger installation experience! Art and his team made the whole process smooth and easy. We had a preliminary inspection and scheduled installation for a later date. They showed up at 8am sharp and were done early. Very happy with our Zenith Electric experience!

He wasn't able to help me in person because of being out of town. But took time out of his schedule to troubleshoot shoot with me over the phone. Thank you.

First Eagle Electric did an outstanding work for me at my home. They replaced a GFCI outlet in my kitchen and took the time to investigate a potential problem and resolved the issue with great skill. The employee was attentive to my concerns, and he answered all my questions in a kind and friendly manner. I will definitely contact First Eagle Electric again for any future electrical work.

Great experience from start to finish. Making an appointment was easy. They were scheduling a week or more put, but so were the other 2 places I called. Sent reminder email and showed up ahead of time. Chris and his employees were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had me up and running again within an hour or less. I will definitely use this company again, as well as recommend them to others.

FIRST EAGLE electric Chris came to my house upgraded my panel, and plus he put a Tesla charger for my house. Service was really good, fair pricing for the job that he did and everything was really cleanly done, I certainly recommend to everyone.

I needed help with some small electrical work and I was introduced to First Eagle Electric. The work was done well, clean and quickly. After the project was completed, I found myself needing an electrician on 4 separate occasions in the 2 weeks that followed. Those projects ranged from simple electrical issues to big projects. I was on a time constraint during those 2 weeks because of other scheduled projects, but I needed the electrical done before I can continue. First Eagle Electric responded immediately and was able to show up right away or the very next day for all 4 of those occasions. I am extremely grateful and will only use First Eagle moving forward. A very nice and friendly guy, Josh, came and helped me sort out where to install my GFCI outlet, and very quickly did the installation for me for relatively cheaply. He answered all my questions and I'll surely be using them in future.
