I had a spa that had been emptied years ago and left covered. Over time the cover rotted and water got into the spa over many years. My attempt to empty out the water was fruitless. Last night I discovered it now had become home for frogs. So at around 9 pm on a Saturday night I found A Junk Free Planet on the internet and called expecting to leave a message. I was shocked when Pernell answered the phone and was at my home at 7:30 this morning (Sunday). By 10 am the spa was gone along with the frogs. I didn't think this kind of service existed any more and would recommend Pernell and A Junk Free Planet to everyone. They do all types of de-trashing, not limited to just spas.

I scheduled a pick up, and when they arrived I asked them to pick up the junk on the curb. They said they were going to bring the truck around, but two hours pass and they never returned. I called to ask what the status was, and was told they were told to not pick the junk up by a man that called them from my number. I work from home and have had my phone with me on my desk since this morning, I'm not a man, I don't live with a man, and my landlord is not a man. I said they might have me confused with someone else, and they said no it was me. I reiterated that it could not have been me, and the man on the phone became irritated, unprofessional, and aggressive. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great experience with junk free planet, highly recommended...and less expensive, prompt arrival, nice work crew, and did two of my grandfathers properties during foreclosure. Please use these guys, because my experience with 1 800 junk was Terrible and over priced. Check it for yourself

These guys are awesome!! Their competitors, at 1800gotjunk website, were awful. I kept entering my zip code and nothing appeared. I googled other vendors, and called Junk Free Planet . They answered, we booked a date and they arrived on time. They had our broken sofa recliner out of our town home in record time with no damage to any walls.

A friend recommended A Junk Free Planet when I found myself trying to empty my paid storage facility. I realized after many months that the items I had in storage were never going to be put to use, and the expense of the storage was already costing me more than having a junk removal person haul everything away. I called and spoke with Pernell, a pretty friendly guy, and he basically asked how big was my storage unit and how much space was I using. With that he was able to give me a good ballpark figure based on the size of his big red truck. We spoke on Monday, by end of day Tuesday I was storage free.

A Junk Free Planet did a great job cleaning up my company's parking lot of a lot of debris, clothes, etc that was left behind by others. The guys were very pleasant and filled up their trailer in about an hour!! It looks so good now. I would recommend them to anyone. I know I will call them again.
