OMGG!! Five starssss!! I called them last minute for a deep clean before hosting an event, and they transformed my apartment, making it look brand new. There were random stains around the apartment that I couldn’t get out but NO MORE after this weekend!! The owner was incredibly attentive and professional, and the pricing was fair, especially given the short notice. Will definitely be recommending them to friends!!

I had booked a very big job to have my 3 bedrooms deep cleaned. The two ladies did a fabulous. They were professional, thorough and didn’t need any direction other than what I had given to Joe the day before. Extremely pleased with my experience!

Not a great experience.

Joe took me through all the questions, establishing from the beginning what I was looking for: great one or two cleaners in the San Fernando Valley (right off the 101), speaks English to avoid too much miscommunication, small, tidy condo.

He was enthusiastic, asked a lot of questions, spent about 20 minutes on the phone.

He felt he had at least one team that was 'a perfect fit'.

Said he'd 'get back to me shortly'.

5 hours go by, no follow up. I call to leave a voicemail, SPECIFICALLY requesting not to cop out with a Text (as that's for my family and work), and to just let me know.

No surprise these days given the level of (or lack thereof) 'professionalism' in many of these 'Cleaning Specialists' - he chose to ignore my request and texted that he is understaffed and does not have anyone he can send out to Sherman Oaks.

Highly recommend Sparkle & Shine - they got right back to me and we've got our first cleaning scheduled and on the books.

Apparently if you don't have a large home that can accommodate their 'large groups' of cleaners and don't live outside their Los Angeles area, this is not a good first call.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for housekeeping services. The ladies that came were super friendly and very hardworking. They left my house looking spotless just like the name!! Liz did a great job of making sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving which I really appreciated.

Joe and his team were fantastic—reliable, responsive, and thorough. They did an outstanding job with my move-out cleaning. I highly recommend their services!

They did an amazing job cleaning. Helped me with a move out and the cleaner went above and beyond by helping me clean spots that were hard to get to or taking care of spots pet fur gets to like the baseboards. Booking was also super easy and they were very punctual. 10/10 recommend.
