I had a disastrous experience with this company. They misrepresented the issue with my furnace to my insurance, downplaying its severity when the technician's reading of the indicator board made it clear something was seriously wrong. The deception is staggering. This company is not trustworthy; avoid them at all costs.

Terrible experience with this home services business. An inexperienced technician showed up at my house, and despite my AC working fine just one day prior, I called the home warranty on Wednesday. To my surprise, they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday - all while my AC was still in good condition. However, since I'd already paid the service fee of $75, I didn't cancel. When the technician arrived, he claimed the AC needed cleaning and would charge $350 plus another $80 if it required freon. My wife informed me about this, so I politely declined, stating I could handle the cleaning myself.

The technician got defensive and started speaking disrespectfully to my wife in our own home. It was clear they should have pursued reimbursement from the warranty company, not me. Their actions ultimately sabotaged my AC unit, leaving it non-functional for over a week - including with a 4-month-old baby at home. When I complained about the technician's attitude and their mishandling of my AC, they hung up on me. This is appalling service, like taking your car to the dealership for an oil change only to receive a damaged vehicle.
