We hired Roy Altaras Landscape Design to reimagine our front yard. We gave him only basic ideas about our likes and dislikes and he transformed the space beyond our expectations into a lovely and welcoming garden. Roy Altaras Landscape Design is a small business with impressive resources. Roy himself is a talented craftsman who is also very professional and pleasant to interact with. We were impressed with his expertise in horticulture and its application to his design, his enthusiasm for the work, and his patience to get things “just right”. His team, that he has cultivated over the years includes experts in masonry, irrigation, masonry, lighting as well as landscape. They worked together seamlessly. Every single member had an impeccable work ethic. Kyle and Israel were absolute gems. In sum, Roy and his team did exactly what they promised to do when they said it would be done. We congratulate ourselves for selecting Roy for the work. We’d do it all again without hesitation.

Roy did a fantastic job transforming my patio into a beautiful living space. Roy immediately had several ideas, worked within my budget, and executed his design very quickly. The finished design created a lush space with multiple colors and textures that will change throughout the year. I really appreciated the time Roy took to explain how I can care for the landscaping, and he provided detailed, written watering instructions. I have wanted to do something to my patio for years, and I am so glad I found Roy. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Roy was outstanding. Always on time and completed on time and professionally done. Made several trips to get everything correct. End result is we have a really great looking back yard. Would recommend him for great ideas & design.
