Hamlet, Sera, and their team came out soon thereafter to help with cleanup, moving out appliances, assessing the damage, and thoroughly drying the entire space affected by the pipe break. We felt very confident and secure in their experienced hands. Both Hamlet and Sera were excellent about communication, and always came out when they said they would be there – so, so reliable.

After water mitigation, our home insurance company only offered a small amount for the entire job. Restokleen worked with them directly, which resulted in the entire project getting paid for in the end. It was a huge relief! We were happy with the quality of the work done and especially happy they took the stress out of this whole process. Technicians were respectful, friendly and polite (Jonathan especially). Hamlet was so helpful to us a few years back with our water damage that when we had the fires this year, we called him again to come and help restore our house back to normal.
