We are so happy with Pink Sponge! We have been with them for many years and they always do a great job. They leave our house sparkling clean every time. Jennifer is so professional and kind, and has been very accommodating as our house cleaning needs have changed over the years. Overall, a great company with great service!

I've had great experience with Pink Sponge and recently worked twice with Valerie V. Valerie helped me prep for Thanksgiving and Christmas! She was so great! Very courteous, efficient and left my house looking amazing. I'm planning to start regular service based on these two great experiences. She did a great job cleaning - especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The electric company had prematurely shut off the power so it was hot in there. Kudos for hanging in on a very hot day.

I've used Pink Sponge twice now, with Serenity and Jaydan, and both were courteous, friendly and thorough. The company is well organized and they come prepared to do a complete job. The house looks great when they are done.

I waited three months to write this review because I wanted to make sure the service was consistent, and I’m happy to say the Pink Sponge has been amazing every time! I’ve had a team of 2 ladies at each appt, and they’ve always been thorough, efficient, and really polite. They go the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with everything before they leave. One of my fave touches is the handwritten card and little candy they leave after each cleaning—it’s such a sweet surprise. They also show up in these cute branded vehicles with all their own supplies, which is super convenient because I don’t have to worry about providing anything.Since I work from home, I was a bit concerned about potential disruptions, but that’s never been an issue. The team is always professional and respectful of my work environment, keeping noise to a minimum. It's like they’re cleaning ninjas—quiet, but incredibly effective!!! Another thing I really appreciate is how responsive they are..If I need to reschedule or ask for a last-minute cleaning, they always reply quick and do their best to accommodate. I’m so glad I signed up for recurring service. The online portal is really convenient too—I can check my appointments, receipts, and charges whenever I need to. Big shoutout to Jennifer for her awesome customer service! And a special thank-you to all the ladies who’ve cleaned my home these past few months. I wish I could remember all of their names, but here are a few I do recall: Valerie, Kimberly, Emily, and Carol. Every single one of them has done a fantastic job. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone. It’s been such a relief to have reliable cleaning service I can count on. Definitely 5 stars! :)

Wonderful company. I scheduled a move out clean to prep my Mom’s house to sell. The woman that booked me was very kind and went out of her way to provide resources to help my Mom with her move. The company was also flexible as I requested to move the clean up a day. Clarissa did the move out clean and was also very kind and thorough. 100% recommend Pink Sponge Maids.

Honestly, this review is long overdue given that we’ve been working with Pink Sponge for over 2 years.

First off, hats off to Monique for the thorough and detailed cleaning earlier this week. We had quite a messy place but were also under time constraints due to medical appointments. Monique did a great job getting it all done in time and around our pets. Aside from that her and the team’s communication (thanks Emily and Jennifer!) went above and beyond as they gave us plenty of day-of updates so that husband and I could coordinate our schedules.

Also, want to just acknowledge Pink Sponge’s continued quality work, flexibility and responsive service since we’ve known them. We’ve recommended them many times to our friends and our friends have had only praises for the team too! So thank you guys for doing what you do and how you do it.

Karol came to clean my house and I am beyond grateful! My boyfriend was skeptical about spending the money on hiring cleaning help, but after he saw the results he was very pleased. We both wondered why we hadn’t spent the money on it sooner since we both work 40+ hours a week. She was awesome about listening to my areas of concern and knew exactly how to tackle them. My tub was sparkling white! And the kitchen smelled amazingly clean. She was able to accomplish in 2 hours what would have taken me much longer! Instead I was able to relax for a weekend and actually get to decompress. The relief of the stress of having to clean my kitchen was well worth the money. Just because you can do everything doesn’t mean you always should.

I wanted to get a deep cleaning done on my apartment and was referred to Pink Sponge. I thought I’d give them a try. Bryan cleaned my apartment today. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1037 sf apartment. He did an excellent job and was in and out in a little less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend this agency if you are in need of a cleaning service.

This is our second time using Pink Sponge. Jannis has been to our home both times and she is amazing!! My little dog is very sassy and she is so kind about it! The customer service top notch as well. A+

Emily was awesome. Came in, did a walk thru to confirm what needed cleaning, what was priority, and then went to work getting the place cleaned up. Just before the time, also let me know so we could confirm whether to continue or stop.

The cleaner was a very nice guy but for 3 hrs of work, more work should of been done imo however after speaking with Jennifer, she made it right and worked with me on price. I tipped him $5 for his courteousness.

Update to review: I have been refunded my money, and was contacted on a Sunday to do so.

The relationship of giving someone your card info prior to rendering a service has to involve trust, FIRST! You trust that they will render the agreed upon services at a standard that is consistent and acceptable in exchange for payment. I have been working with pink sponge for 7 months and we have only hit that mark with two in home cleaning providers. The rest have been mediocre at best. But, that is not the ONLY reason for the one star. The one star clearly is because the technicians aren't cleaning properly but what isn't reflected here is how pink sponge predatorily gouged my family and I during a very fragile time in life. My husband's father passed and 10 days later his mom is in the hospital w a stroke so we haven't been monitoring the billing by pink sponge and when we finally looked... THEY HAVE CHARGED ALMOST $1000 to our cards respectively on those 10 days!!!!!!!!!!! We have only had one service, so where the charges stem from we do not know. We reached out to them and cannot get a call back, we have texted and called plus email. There is an honor system involved with auto pay which most companies use an automated system to complete to prevent double charges and mistakes. But, I can confirm without a doubt that pink sponge does their charges manually and doesn't verify that they haven't misused a good hardworking families funds. When I say we are looking to get our money back and part ways it's being kind. Imagine trying to purchase your father's burial suit and your card gets declined because of a cleaning service who won't return the call AND you had to do touch up cleaning to your house before going to visit your mother in ICU. Like I said, the staff isn't aware of the impact of over promises and under delivery. Jennifer the owner's daughter or the owner is my request on getting the financial debacle resolved asap. I have called and emailed plus texted you all. Hire experienced techs and be responsible with people's money. It is the right thing to do. Forget the cars with eyelashes, just get the cleaning done right at the agreed amount. The frivolous things aren't necessary.

As a side note, I should mention. I had a woman come to my home from pink sponge who was larger is stature who cleaned my entire downstairs by spraying cleaving solution on the floor and placing a towel on the floor then using her foot to push the towel around to dry the floor. Yes an entire floor of a home that way. Additionally, there was a tech who came to my home the day that the attached pictures were taken and she all of a sudden began acting strange and moving quickly on 4/20/23 and the disappeared before 4:20pm. She did say a word prior to leaving. The next day I contacted pink sponge about the disappearance and was told the tech did not feel good, "...she's human."

Again not experienced enough for the price they charge and CERTAINLY don't take responsibility for the work when brought to the attn of leadership.
