The BP crew called and asked if they could come early. What? Of course! They took down my 45 year old Redwood tree in a matter of hours. No mess was left anywhere- on the property or street. Very professional. I highly recommend BP for any job big or small.

I highly recommend BP Tree service to take care of all your arborist needs. I was overwhelmed by the crew and there desire to fulfill all my requests in my yard. They were efficient, professional, on time, detailed oriented, and respectful for my neighbors as well.

BP tree services crew performed a very tough job safely and methodically. And disposed of extra tree limb debris as well. Exceeded expectations!

Took the day off work for a 9am appointment scheduled more than a week in advance. 9:15 sales guy calls and says he is too busy to come all the way to my house ….Foresthill. So he wants to do a video walk through. It’s raining outside and I have 3 acres to clear. Unprofessional! Called Budget Tree Greg was super great! On time, nice guy, very experienced and reasonably priced. Had other quotes for $125k +! Gregg was 15% less and professional! Usually the lowest price isn’t the best service. Pleasantly surprised and glad BP flaked. After all it was to far to travel but not to far to send a direct mail piece!🤣🤣🤣

Needed a broken, dangling branch removed that was hovering over our driveway. Called BP Tree Services, and they removed that afternoon. Nilson and his crew were professional, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend BP Tree Services.

BP Tree Service is a great company. Very responsive to any and all requests. They have been great for our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. Just be clear and let them know exactly what you need. As you should do with any arborist / tree service. We will continue to use them.

Very pleased! Everybody involved acted very professionally. The job was done very well. The crew cleaned up very well. Near the completion of the job, a separate employee (customer care manager) drove separately to my home just to ensure I was pleased with how the job was done. I would rate this as one of the most professional experiences with a home maintenance company. Would recommend to anyone. Another plus, the person who did the bid provided me with proof of insurance to protect workers, alleviating my concerns about liability.

My foreman was exceptionally knowledgeable in the proper way to trim and cut down the trees and the workers did an excellent job in the clean up process.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. Removing a redwood tree is not easy particularly it was located in a tight space. They did a wonderfull job. We are extremely satisfied.

Due to the recent high winds we needed a large redwood tree to be chopped down in our backyard. We had Mike come out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He immediately recognized what type of tree it is and had all necessary paperwork prepared. We signed and emailed the contract to their office and setup a time for the work to be done on 2/4 Saturday @ 12pm to 3pm.

Unfortunately, that's when we ran into some issues. The crew didn't give any update, call or text if they were running late or still going to show up. After waiting for about 1-2hrs. It was only thanks to talking to Mike that we were able to get a crew out here. He was very professional and even on his day off was able to help us. He called up Brian and his crew. It was rainy and not the best conditions but the crew did a great job. They were able to complete the job in about 2-3hrs. Opted to just have them leave the debris in the yard.

Overall, very reasonable price and job. Maybe they were just caught up in a bigger tougher job before coming over to us. Recommend to others with similar type tree or situation.

The whole team was exceptional. Our redwood looks magnificent, and the front patio is bright and cheerful after tree removal. The cleanup was beyond expectations. I want to commend Henry, Emerson, and Nelson.

Emerson and his crew did a fantastic job. They cleaned up our huge oak tree and it looks great. This is the second time we’ve used them. I highly recommend them.

I'm very picky about how my tree is pruned and this is the only company that I have used that actually listens. They are very attentive to their clients. I have used them twice now and will continue to use them every year. Would definitely recommend.

We had a huge branch from an oak tree drop at our fence line, cutting one of our Japanese Maples, messed up a fence panel between us and neighbor, dropped a branch in the neighbor yard. Your crew showed up a day later, were on time, and did a wonderful job thinning the oak tree and cleaning up a big mess. Even the neighbor let me know they are pleased with the way your crew cleaned up the stuff that wound up in their yard. We had to leave before they were done in our yard, but they finished here and their clean up was very well done. Your company has done work for us in the past, and we will not hesitate to use you again when the need arises.

This was our second project with BP and both times we have had exceptional service. The BP team takes the time to discuss, plan and schedule the project. The crew did great work, including the hauling away and clean up. Highly recommend!

I have used BP Tree Services several times over the past 8 years here in Carmichael to do tree trimming and stump removal. They are always timely, doing a fantastic trim job as well as cleaning up afterwards.
