I booked a request for estimate. No one showed that day, even after I called and left messages. I gave the opportunity to reschedule, via another message and still no return call. Google should remove that "guarantee" status.

I booked a walk-through estimate with Nancy's Cleaning Services for a move out clean for my apartment. Someone was supposed to show up at 1-1:30pm today, but it's now almost two hours later and no one has showed up. I've called several times and left a message, but no one answered or has contacted me in any way. Extremely unprofessional.
